I called multiple towing companies and was turned down for one reason or another. Then I called T-S, and from the very beginning, I was greeted by a genuinely pleasant and professional representative. They explained that they were busy but assured me they would get to us. I completely understood--last-minute breakdowns aren't exactly something anyone plans for! While we waited, T-S stayed in constant communication with us, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. We were even able to pay remotely, making everything incredibly convenient. Despite being busy, they arrived within two hours, safely towed the vehicle, and delivered it right to my home, even taking the time to place it nicely inside the garage. If you're looking for honest, friendly, professional, and safe service, I highly recommend T-S. They went above and beyond when we really needed help. 10 out of 10 without hesitation!

Three hours later AAA called me back and told me they can't service the Turnpike and to call the Turnpike Authority for help. So I did that and the PA Turnpike Authority took my call, told me AAA was lying (there is no prohibition on AAA servicing the Turnpike, they just don't like paying the tolls) and would call me a AAA-certified toe truck. A non-AAA tow truck came and I had to pay out of pocket for the tow. Just a really bad experience for AAA, who promised me separately they would look into the situation but so far nothing. Just leaving a note from my experience.
