An hour later I called dipach and was told 90-120 minutes before I could expect to see anyone. Luckily, AAA has some milestones. AAA called me about 20 min later informing me that they had cancelled Blue Gray and were dispatching someone else that would be here in 30 min. Based on my experience and what evidently others have dealt with based on some reviews here, AAA should consider discontinuing their relationship with Blue Gray. Having a system snag the call when you don't have people available, steals the work from those who actually can take care of the call in an expeditious manner. It's unfair both to the person who is sitting on the side of the road, and the businesses who could use the work and are willing to actually perform the service. These are real people, in a real situation. Please stop gaming the system, and causing others real stress and anxiety.

I immediately pulled in, Dan, the service manager, was very prompt and came out in 90° weather and checked my tire pressure. He then took my car in and found out that I had a nail in my tire.
