The measurements were spot on, the craftsmanship was top-notch, and the attention to detail was exceptional -- the kind of quality that truly elevates the finished product. A few years ago, we used a different upholstery company in Ossining that unfortunately ruined our furniture (they'll remain nameless). Went here to order a bowl I've loved for awhile. I was ready to buy it. Had to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone who worked there. It was really busy. The two people who helped me didn't even let me order it - they said they would take my order and see if they could order it for me. I waited a week. Never heard from them - so I ordered the same bowl for $100 less online. I won't be back due to their poor customer service. read more
