The doctors here at Four Points promote and teach healthy living choices through online seminars. They take the time to answer my questions providing recommendations for everything from exercise and sleep position to supplements for gut health and leg cramps. My doctor suggested I try rehab again, and was connected with ATI, where I have been going for the last six weeks. I just completed my final session today and I am very pleased to say I have made more progress in that time than the other 46 weeks. This is all thanks to the amazing ATI team!! Not only is the team effective, but they are all highly professional and so pleasant to work with. Kirstin was my primary therapist, but I also worked with Dave and Jenny as well, and I give my highest recommendation to each one of them. We now feel we have a better understanding of T's condition and best treatment options, unlike with most other doctors we consulted about the same condition. I have had a chronic pain condition for more than 5 years, and have finally been able to make a lot of progress on it through coming here. I am still working on it and will update my review, but it's very clear after a lot of work that I finally understand some or all of my immediate underlying issues. And importantly, I am actually getting better, after so many other things I tried were not working. I have been to roughly 15 other providers for my chronic pain, including other PT, and there are really just a lot of differences here that I think have made the difference, in finally figuring out what has been going on all this time. My experience in PT has been that I'm able to coordinate between a Dr and what we are doing in PT, which is useful for a lot of reasons, but in my case has really helped with finally narrowing down, what the problem has been, and why it was not fixed or at least improved in the past. I do think if you have chronic pain that is not getting worked out, you will need to be your own advocate as people say. In hindsight, years ago I kept accepting the idea that my pain was normal or not much to do about, and I realize now it's been the same issues the whole time, but somehow was never being identified or treated properly.
