Before each interview, they sent me a very thorough prep-sheet. They spent a lot of time on the phone with me getting to know my preferences and career goals. They made contact with me before and after every interview to provide guidance and process the experience. I know they are super busy, but it felt like I was their only client. Also, there was a sense of fun about working with them! I'd utilized three other recruiting agencies before I found them and I'd come to expect poor service and constant checking in to remind them to work for you. A small boutique agency that really toes the extra mile. Sue was so nice to work with, she really kept me in the loop every step of the way. I met her in person at the office. The process was easy. I love that they use ADP and I can electronically put in my hours from home or at work. I'm not sure of the prior experience of a prior disgruntled employeewith her issues with pay but my experience is you get your hours in by the deadline, you get paid on time. If you don't, you have to wait until the next pay period. I've never had any issues with my pay from them but I always report on time and they send a nice reminder out to you as well! The only negative is that they don't offer benefits for a temp assignment but I was converted quickly to a perm employee so I have benefits via the company.

As soon as she received a potential job lead for me she was blowing up my phone and email and genuinely seemed interested in helping assist with my job search however; the moment I reached out to her about feed back from my one and only interview arranged by her she went MIA. And I was never to hear from her again. I wanted to get some feedback from her regarding the interview but when I reached out to her she wasn't available. I left messages along with emails and both went unanswered. After all was said and done she turned out to be a really shady and unprofessional person. I don't recommend Kelly Services.

I have over 25 years experience in accounting and am a QuickBooks Proadvisor and the few jobs they told me about never materialized. There was always an excuse from them as to why I shouldn't take the job i.e. I was overqualified or it was too far from me. I was not given the opportunity to even go on an interview. The last straw was when the recruiter spoke badly of one of their clients (even swearing about them). Glad not all agencies are like them.

I was running 20 minutes late and called to say I still would be in in 10 minutes and he stated there wasn't work but there was. The van and bus drivers don't know routes and often arrived at the jobs late, which we were socked. On the way home, the drivers had no control over the people on the bus.
