I have asked him to do a 4 room job in June without meeting him. Based on my experience with dealing with painters, cancelling, not showing up without a call or showing up 2 hours late for an estimate. We just had 2 painting groups for the same job, because the first group. Painted our ceilings bright yellow. And the walls a very dark, deep grayish blue. I had the containers marked with the color sample cards with directions as to what paint goes where! The problem was they did not read or write English and were using phones for their needs for translation! What a mess, I had to go a buy large plastic containers of primmer to cover the ugliest rooms you could EVER SEE!! Thank

We told him the deadline was in less then a week, and the movers were coming regardless. With zero hesitation he took on the job and was totally honest about how much he could get done. In less then 12 hours this guy was over at the house fixing what the other guy did and dealing with anything thing that came up (the previous painter that was fired showed up wanting to gain entry). Still working at the house but it looks like we are back on schedule. Professional, competitive, top notch service, and from what I am seeing extremely hard working. I wanted the walls prepped and painted, which was what was talked about when the job was first given. They did a horrible job leaving the room in worst condition than to was. Their spackle job left indents in the walls from not being properly done. They simply just painted over pre-existing holes and paint-drips. Not covering the furniture correctly and taping out to the door frame led to the grey paint I now have all over my closet door and television set. When we called to tell the owner we were unhappy with the job on Thursday he never returned a phone call. Saturday morning he simply showed up at my house unannounced with an attitude. He was arrogant acting as if the mistakes were not part of their job to fix. He told us it was not his job to prep the walls despite what we previously had discussed. When he finally came to look at what we were talking about, he admitted he could see the mistakes his painter had made. He finally agreed to come back Monday and fix the mistakes. I sat around for eight hours on Monday waiting for them to come, it wasn't until I went to check my mail around 4 o'clock that I noticed a check from the owner sitting there. Our mail usually doesn't come until 4 or 4:30 in the afternoon and he gave no warning the check was in the mailbox or that he wasn't coming back. So not only did they leave a mess of a job, they also wasted my time waiting for them. Not only was the owner extremely unprofessional, but he left us high and dry with an unfinished room. As this is my first review I am usually not a complainer but this experience was TERRIBLE. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
