EVERY time I have called for a fuel delivery, there's a "problem" that can be fixed, only if you pay a little extra. Today it was a $90.00 delivery fee, because they "Only go to My town once per week". Well, the Town line is less than a mile from their location. These folks have no idea what "local business" means. Each time they try to rip me off, I complain. Then I get a call from some manager in another state, who promises that they are "working to fix things". Then my next call results in the same headaches. This company is the bottom of the barrel. I will be spending my money with REAL local companies, like Sandri or George Propane.

He is not only rude, he is less than honest in his dealing with people. He moved the tank to in front of the gate to my backyard, so I couldn't even use it, and when I told him not to put gas in it because I wanted it moved, he took the tank away. He gave me a snotty little face and wave as he left. Then his wife called me and told me I had $900 on account with them. I told her he took the tank, but he brought it back and put it in the same place, so I told him to move it or not put gas in it. I never got my $900 worth of gas. At first when I called about it, they said, "No, it was only $300 (something)." But that changed to nothing by the next time I called. He is rude and dishonest.

Part came in from the manufacturers this afternoon and at 7:20pm I have heat and hot water before the temperature plummets again.
