She agreed which is documented. After sending the last payment I received a $25 late fee bill. When I called, she blamed it on a computer glitch . I received another late fee from Scott for the $25, after trying to explain to him via a number of emails he refused to accept my explanations, all documented. Now First Fuel agrees to forego the $25 finance charge, but will demand that future delivers will be COD. I find your bill policies especially towards senior citizens to be vert predatory. I have never receive a delivery without my account being paid up to date. Winter is coming on & senior citizens get cold too. *

Shortly after that a winter storm with high winds caused our casing covering the lines on the outside of our home to come off. I called them and explained what had happened.
