You commit 3 hours of waiting outside for a small chance of buying something. The sale starts and owner decides that she would give the 1st person in line the courtesy tour for 3 minutes to show her the location of everything the 1st person is interested in. So because you are 10 seconds later than the 1st person, you are heavily punished. By the time the sale starts, not even the 2nd or 3rd has the chance to buy anything.
