Been going here for quite some time now and they always take care of me and ensure that I walk out with an amazing deal on beautiful flowers... Couldn't ask for more Any issues with delivery has nothing to do with the florist who physically work at this location... If you actually walk in you will see it's all high quality read more
I needed to send flowers in a day. I was working so I didn't have opportunity to shop around. And that is exactly what this company is counting on. I AM their target market. UPDATE: I initially felt that they got me once but wouldn''t get me again. BUT WESLEY CONTACTED ME, AS A RESULT OF WRITING THIS REVIEW (YELP POWER!), AND PROVIDED A PARTIAL REFUND AND STORE CREDIT TOWARDS FUTURE PURCHASES. I am impressed that he got involved - it shows that he cares about his business' reputation and his customer base. Way to go Wesley! I wrote to them and they wrote back - shocking - but after I sent them the info they were seeking I've not heard a word. I guess they don't have an answer for why I was charged multiple charges for I-don't-know. Here's what I wrote to them (please see the pic for the invoice): I have 2 concerns: 1. While your arrangement price was discounted, you added charges on the back end that appeared redundant and without meaning. For example, IN YELLOW BELOW, you charged me a fee to expedite the delivery of the arrangement AND a 4 hour delivery fee. There is overlap there - especially because I didn't ask that the flowers get delivered within 4 hours. I believe you should charge one or the other fee, but not both. Another example, IN ORANGE BELOW, you charged a shipping/service fee, a handling fee and a sales fee. How many times do you want to charge the customer for the same thing? So you discounted the arrangement by $40 and then charged me $46.94 for basically nothing. ($6.99, $6.99, 14.99, $1.99 and $15.98 as shown in the list of charges below.) I can see charging a fee for delivery - even an extra fee for same day delivery - but your charges are petty and manipulative. If this is not your intent you should consider combining the fees or just raising the flower arrangement price and make it inclusive of delivery within x miles or x hours, etc. 2. Per the email below, you invite customers to join your Executive Advisory Board and provide a bad link. Aren't you wondering why no one has joined the board? I assume you didn't go to the trouble of sending the email and offering this to your customers if it was meant to be a bad link, IN YELLOW BELOW. People need flowers - many people order more than one arrangement in their lives. Wesley Berry could be the florist for them. But not if this is how they do business. In my mind this company is a one-and-done business. I don't know how anyone would use them a second time. read more

Unfortunately I will never use wesley berry florist again. They used to deliver quality but they are too big now with bad web site and a worthless call center. An utter failure. On line attempt 1: iPad: (10 min wasted) - searched and selected the nicest bouquet of flowers for my wife I could find. I enter all the information, including next day delivery, then things get weird. There are multiple check boxes for so many different unknown options that I don't want. I manage to work my way through the sea of option buttons, enter payment method, and proceed to check out. But the buttons on the (confirmation?) page don't work. I back out, cross the sea again, and to my surprise, same result. On line attempt 2: iPhone: (5min wasted) - back at 800wesleys.com on a smaller screen now and it seems like I am on a different site! can't find the same bouquet. I select another nice bouquet, bypass the sea route some how, enter my payment info, hit enter. Oops! It says "member name is required" ! What?!? Every field has my info filled out. I tried this again and surprise! Same result! I find their 800 number and try to talk to someone IRL. Live, attempt 3 - Call center: In India? (45 min wasted). After waiting again, this time with the automated assistant, another 15 min of my life flash before my eyes, finally some one on the other end picks up!!! I hear muffled voices, the sound of many live assistants working away at their craft. I wait for The voice on the other end of the line, I pick up some Hindi words in the middle of the back ground chatter, some laughter, more chatter, more waiting, now my anxiety sets in. There is no one there! I speak, hoping they realize I am there and don't hang up on me, sending me to the back of the line again. After I call out for the fifth or sixth time, finally I hear the desi voice speaking to me, I am excited that I finally may get these flowers ordered in time to be delivered on Friday before v-day. After every question he asks me, it was an eternity for him to ask the next, not sure what exactly he had to do between questions!? !? Fast forward. Finally he has all my information in the computer, another 15 min or so gone by to do so. (See pic) the web site can not add. Aparently neither can the live attendant. He proceeds to tell me that 59.99 (flowers) +4.99 (card) + 5.99 (handling) + 13.10 (sales fee) = $107.01 [different math than their web page]. I asked him to break down each item cost then asked him to add it up. He would not add, he would only 'refresh the web page' and the price would change to $111.40. Couldn't talk to his manager either! Completely frustrated, after 45 min on the phone with this joker(no joke) I withdraw my order, ask him to completely cancel my order, and request That he have his manager listen to this disaster. RESULT: Still no flowers ordered for my honey for Valentine's Day! Never again, unless they can find a way to give me my hour back and deliver on time! Disappointed ! read more
My boyfriend ordered me some thing for Valentines day, but ordered it tuesday Feb 9th with next day delivery. Didn't get it until friday at 2:50pm. order was missing vase and box of chocolates. Delivery tag said that it contained it but only thing inside the box was flowers. We called Wesley berry over 10 times. We spoke to several people (non-american) they all transferred me to customer service which was an answering machine. I left a message with order number, telephone number, etc. No call back. I called back one final time, the customer service rep told me she can only speak with the cardholder (my boyfriend who went to work). Overall, very horrible service from delivery, to reps to customer service. Just call a local florist next time. I do not recommend this company read more

Terrible, unprofessional, unprotected and unproductive service from this business! I ordered flowers for a relative and Wesley Flowers not only sent the WRONG arrangement but also OVERCHARGED my order! I've tried contacting them at least 6 times to explain the situation and the minute I mention " I was sent the wrong arrangement they hang up "! Next step .. Contacting the Better Business Bureau. This could have been corrected in a professional manner. read more
**EDIT! The talk that they are a bunch of liars is right on the dot. They are TOTAL liars!!!!! They said all they needed to verify that I did indeed call back to cancel my order and that they would refund me. I tried to work with their customer service, but now even the people I talked to (Wanda their "manager" and Mike O.) are now ducking my phone calls. They are always on "another line" and keep me waiting for 6-8 minutes at a time. Then they say they'll "call me back for sure" and NEVER do. It's been over a week since my order was misplaced and they say they are SWAMPED and will try to get back to me when they can. First they say please to call back in 24 hours. Then another 24 hours. Then 48 hours. Then they say they're SOOOOOO busy that they need the weekend to review ALL the calls. Of course, I'm the only one calling back. So I call on Monday and they have not "gotten to my call" yet, even though I provided the time & date. I just got off the phone with them (Tuesday) and they are giving me the same story. What a load of BS. I told the girl, Kerry (since apparently their names are so freaking important) to tell Wanda the "manager" to give me a call. GIVE. ME. MY. CALL. Also, I told her that I will be calling twice a day, EVERY DAY until someone "reviews my call" so that I can get my order refunded. OH IT IS ON. It's not even about my money anymore, it's about principle and horrible business conduct. Funny thing too, I mentioned in an email that they had such bad reviews and their response was "well of course, only the BAD reviews get placed online." O REALLY? What about all of the 4-5 star reviews on Yelp? Do they not matter? What a dumb response. That's exactly how a vendor would respond to their horrible reviews. How about let's try to FIX the actual business and not make excuses and lie?? read more

Keep looking! If you are considering buying flowers on-line, you don't want to look here. If you want to get ripped off, and lied to you came to the right place. Jerks. I have no doubt that any positive reviews have been written by employees trying to save their jobs, NOT customers. I have NOTHING nice to say about this company. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Here's what went wrong: 1. Placed an order for same day delivery. The representative claimed the order would arrive before 3pm. By 4:30 it was still not delivered and after investigating she said they placed an order at a floral shop in Georgia. That wouldn't be a problem if I didn't live in New York. 2. Ordered a bouquet, received a vase. 3. The roses were red in the picture, but pink in person. 4. The customer service representatives have 0 idea what they're doing. All they'll do is transfer you endlessly to different departments. If you're trying to send flowers, don't do business with WBF unless the recipient is color blind and can wait another day or two for the flowers. read more

Garbage business. All they do is collect orders on the internet and gamble with your money if they will even be delivered on time or at all. These companies are called order gatherers. They just want their 20% commission for the managers and the rest minimum wage call staff that they higher. Once your order is washed down after they take 20% no other florist wants it, and if they take your value for the money you spent is significantly reduced. This is a very bad business. Support your local florists in the area that you want to send the flowers to. Make sure that on their website they have a physical address and not a PO Box or LLC name. read more

Who knew flowers could make someone cry? Spent the last 5 hours fighting with the most fraudulent, unprofessional and heartless floral delivery company in the entire world to the point my voice is gone and head hurts. Never EVER order from Wesley Berry Flowers!!! Fiance ordered on my BIRTHDAY 2 dozen roses and instead 4 dead sunflowers showed up with dead leaf fillers in a tiny vase. Had I not sent my fiancé a picture we would have never known they had ripped us off. 1. THEY TOOK THE ORDER WRONG YET TOOK THE CORRECT AMOUNT FOR THE 2 DOZEN ROSES. 2. Said the order was delivered via confirmation and had to call to find them and said they would be on their way so the surprise was completely ruined when my fiancé asked if I had gotten anything yet. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to locate them. 2. Its my birthday and what arrived was 4 dead sunflowers and dead leaves with a misspelled card from the local delivery company and the card was spelled completely wrong. 3. After 6 phone call attempts they send to voicemail and only will talk to you if its in regards to a new order I finally spoke to Leila at corporate and calmly explained my situation. She explained that the order placed over the phone was an error on their end and they would send me the dozen flowers in a box, 3 days after my bday. 4. My fiancé is coaching out of state and these flowers meant a lot to have on my birthday not an insult of a wrong small order and dead. She said that I needed to drive my dead arrangement back to the local floral shop in order for her to ship me out my original order 3 days after my actual birthday. 5. It got to the point that I was screaming shaking and crying asking why they couldn't be a human and have a floral shop just deliver the roses and they said that it would cost them too much to do so but instead said they would give a $100 credit for a future order in which I said your company would rather lose $100 than pay the difference of $10 to have them redelivered today and keep a happy customer on her birthday!?! I told her I could go to the grocery store and back and still pay not even a quarter of what he spent. 6. I asked for a manager and she said I needed my fiancé on the call so I called him and he had to listen to me scream at them for an extra 20 minutes. My entire call was an hour not counting since 1 pm when I started trying to locate my order. 7. I apologized to the manager and said I was embarrassed for us both and she continued to blame it on her company and I told her that her company was complete shit that flowers are supposed to make people happy not shake with anger tears and frustration. 8. There are no amount of flowers in this world that would make me ever want to do business with them ever again. I threatened to stop payment, to write honest reviews, to post to my 30k followers on my verified twitter account but they did not care. I basically wasted 3 hours of life... on my birthday. 9. Defeated I agreed to now have the flowers overnighted which would be 2 days late for my birthday and a credit that I will only use just to send to someone I hate assuming they will have the same experience I had. 10. I told her she should have taken the call to take into consideration the order taken over the phone wrong in the first place, reevaluate their company and policies, and try and be better and thats why they have a 1 star on every review site on line. This is more wasted energy but I have never hated something as much as I hate this company and I am just getting started sharing what they did to me and my fiancé on my birthday! This company is complete crap!!!!! read more

I am absolutely DISGUSTED by this company. I ordered flowers a week before Mothers Day to be delivered on THE Sunday. I received e-mail confirmation that my order would be "handled with very special care", and a second e-mail confirmation that my order had been processed and was ready for delivery. It is now the Tuesday after, and I called to get confirmation that they were sent, and was told that they were not only NOT sent, but that they would not be, and that my account had been credited. I checked in with my bank, and not only is there no credit on my account, pending or otherwise, but they didn't even charge my account until last night...AFTER they failed to deliver the flowers. I was looking for a local florist in my mom's hometown in Northern California, and was fooled by their salesperson into believing this was a local Nor-Cal florist. I am usually much more savvy than this. Do not make my mistake. STAY AWAY from this poor excuse for a florist. read more

Much like the other reviews, I ordered the flowers online for same day delivery and 6 days later when the flowers were still not delivered I started contacting them to find out what was going on. I had to call twice and send an email before they replied and refunded me my money over a week later. it really stunk that the only way I felt I could send my condolences and love at that time were flowers and this company's either shady or unprofessional techiques took that from us. read more

As many of the reviewer I wish there was an option to give them a zero. We order the arrangements online to be delivered to a family member's funeral and were reassured that it would be delivered on the morning of the funeral. It was never delivered. Two days later, after multiple phone calls and messages they still keep telling us that the arrangement is to be delivered "today" and it has yet to be delivered. I will keep reaching out to them until I have this resolved and a re-fund. I have never been this unsatisfied with an online service to date and will be posting this review on as many online outlets I can so that people do not fall into this scam. read more

Appalling quality is matched only by the appalling customer service. My wife ordered flowers - rushed - for her mom who broke her hip while at a family event in California. We paid top dollar for a bouquet and an additional fee for rush service. When it didn't arrive, the rep offered to upgrade a bouquet and get it out immediately. Not only was the arrangement not an upgrade, it wasn't even comparable to the arrangement she ordered and paid for! They offered a coupon and my wife - trusting soul that she is - gave them another chance when my mother-in-law returned home. Again, we paid $100 for a nice arrangement. The photos of the arrangement she received was grossly misrepresented. Even their own site's substitution policy promises that any substitutions will be of 'equal or greater quality.' My mother in law received fewer flowers and of a much lower quality than advertised. Between the two of us, we have spent more than two hours seeking satisfication from this vendor. We have been dropped several times, shunted to an automated system when they promised to send us to a supervisor, and when we do speak with a rep, we have been treated rudely. I wouldn't send a 'get well bouquet' from these people to Kim Jun Un. Even a mad-dog dictator deserves better flowers than this. read more

Ug! I wish ZERO stars was an option. Same experience as everyone else. Ordered flowers online for a birthday gift and even paid for express delivery. They never showed up. I had to ask the person who was supposed to receive them and it was supposed to be a surprise! Awful. Then you can't get ahold of anyone real. Then they send you some BS email about giving you money off your next order. As if anyone would order again. I really wish I'd read the reviews previously. I'm so sad that this company is allowed to operate this way. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Wesley Berry is a jerk. read more

Apparently my experiences with Wesley Berry have been very different than the other reviewers. Granted, I've never had them deliver anything, nor have I used any sorts of props. I've gone to this place more than a dozen times for flower arrangements. Sometimes I give them an idea and let them create it, and sometimes I go to the loose flowers and pick out what I want. Sometimes I order ahead of time, and sometimes I walk in, purchase, and walk out with what I want. I first started coming to Wesley Berry because it seemed more affordable than English Gardens/Fairline Florist across the street -- or maybe they just had better sales. These days, it seems like they are pretty comparatively priced. Anyway, they usually have a good selection of flowers. They have skilled florists who make the arrangements, and they are very helpful. I pretty much only buy my flowers from here or English Gardens, and I am quite happy with both. read more

DO NOT USE!! Horrible! I ordered flowers a week in advance to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day. The flowers were not delivered. It is impossible to reach anyone in customer service. I received an email at 8:00 pm the night they were supposed to be delivered stating that the flowers may be delayed due to weather conditions or traffic. Really!! I have requested a refund through paypal. This is the one time that I didn't do my research before ordering online. Lesson learned! read more

Should have consulted trusty Yelp before ordering. This place said it delivered to Big Canoe, a new housing development outside Jasper GA. Sent me an email saying they had successfully delivered the order. Mom never received it. They didn't respond to my report that the order had not arrived on their web form. Their offshore call center rep seemed unable to look up any details about the order, refund me, or give me an ETA on when they would call back. Will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. [UPDATE] Florist returned my contacts 2 days after delivery date informing me that because they were not able to find the address, they had dropped the arrangement at a commons building. This critical detail should have been relayed to either me or the recipient on the day of delivery as I provided both of our phone numbers. There was also nothing in the way of an apology for the inconvenience and delayed response. Withdrawing dispute, but do not plan to patronize or recommend this establishment again. read more

RIPOFF. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST. Promised ordered flowers by Saturday before Mother's Day, Mother's Day still no flowers. Can't contact them to cancel order. Haven't figured out how they did it, but thought I was on a local florists website ordering flowers, when I clicked to place the order, my order was lost. I clicked the back button and somehow I ended up ordering again but this time from Wesley.. Which, if I had known it was across the state, I would never order from out-of-town. Went on line and there is a whole website just for COMPLAINTS about Wesley Berry Florist,http://www.pissedconsumer.com/reviews-by-company/wesley-berry-flowers.html I will contact the BBB on this one. My rating would be negative stars, but that's not a choice.. read more

Much agreed with other posts. I chose WB because their website guaranteed 24 hour delivery. Unfortunately, that my be on their alternate universe timeline. First, I never received a confirmation that my order even went through-so I had to keep checking my card to ensure the payment posted. Flowers were to be delivered for a birthday (my boss none the less) on 6/10. On 6/11 I receive an email that the delivery was unable to be made today. Um, HELLO, they were supposed to be there YESTERDAY. Their customer service was completely unresponsive. A corpse could have given me a better indication of when the flowers would arrive. For a merchant to specialize in flowers and gifts, they certainly aren't very giving toward their customers. Would not recommend. Will not use again. I'll trapse around in my neighbors flowerbed and fedex the findings before I use this company to send flowers. read more

Chuckleheaded biz! Ordered flowers online for my girlfriend to be delivered express 4hrs. Same day received two identical emails saying that they were very sorry but my order wasn't going to be delivered on time and they gave me a $30 gift certificate for a future order. The emails also stated that my order would be shipped asap. The emails both had my order number and urged me to call them if i had questions but they didn't provide a phone number or email address but did provide their company name. Googled them, found and called their phone number and went through their bunk automated system which told me I would be contacted by a customer service rep.... never was. While finding the phone number for these chuckle heads I ran across all these negative reviews so immediately called my bank and pay pal to dispute the charge. Following day first thing I called Wesley Berry Florists phone number again and got on the phone with a service rep. Rep told me my express charge would be refunded and that the order would be shipped that day however she couldn't give me a time in which to expect them because the florist they were using wasn't open yet. I asked her to put a note on my account to contact me either by phone or email to let me know when the flowers would be delivered yet still no word or delivery of the flowers. Sounds like these guys gladly take money from people and do their best to walk away. When told about all the negative feedback I've read about them the service rep said "well you'll get that with any business." I agree but only one out of ten people actually are pleased with their service and that person goes to them directly and isn't ordering online or having things delivered. So they email me a day after the $75 flowers were supposed to be delivered to tell me that they couldn't deliver them, because they have no local florist. Why are they taking orders then? They took my order without ever even intending to fulfill it. Eleven days later I'm still waiting for my refund even after leaving several messages and emailing their "24/7" customer service. I think this place is a scam. ADVICE FOR OTHER VICTIMS: File a fraud complaint with your state's Better Business Bureau. Then contact your bank's fraud dept. and file a claim. I did, and the bank credited my account for the $75 and will attempt to collect the refund from the company as I paid for a service that was not delivered. read more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company should be out of business, based on the reviews I've seen, and our experience. My mother Googled local florists, and they have designed websites to look like small local companies to fool people into thinking they are ordering from the shop. Then, they send the order to FTD who sends it to a random shop, possibly near the actual area. The $350 worth of flowers that she ordered for my grandmother's funeral were late. We called, they said they should be there in 15 minutes. An hour & 15 minutes later (near the end of the service) the driver snuck them in the back of the church. We never saw them until after, and had no chance to refuse delivery. They then refused a refund because "the flowers were delivered on the correct date". Wesley Berry (the actual man behind the company) should be ashamed to print the lies on his web page about "satisfied customers" as their policies are clearly set up with out the slightest concern for the actual customer, just to scam grieving people out of money. read more

I placed an order for delivery which was supposed to be delivered to a funeral home. These flowers were being sent in my brother's name who is deployed over seas, since he was not able to attend his grand father's funeral. I was really excited to send something 'from him' so it would be like he was there in spirit. The card said "May you take comfort in knowing there is one more angel above us. Love, (my brother)." I had an experience very similar to others on here where I NEVER got my arrangement delivered, they charged my account $53.98 for a $29 arrangement and needless to say didn't get to make it something special from my brother. I am very upset that someone is okay tampering with someone's money and personal times because they don't know how to conduct a business; and they dont care. I only hope others that search google looking for florists find these reviews unlike me (who didn't) before they place their orders. The 'customer service rep' told me I needed to "let her finish" when SHE inturrupted ME telling her about my poor experience-followed by her sighing. She finished the call saying she "respected my brother was overseas." THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED!!! And do NOT tell me you respect he is overseas because you can't even do a simple job in his name that would have meant a LOT to our family. You all disgust me at this place and I know the only reason she even said that to me was because she wanted me off of the phone. The only thing I want at this point is my money back and for you to all stop ripping other people off!!! Don't mess with people's personal lives during funerals and weddings and special times in life. People like you ruin them. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

THE WORST!!!! I don't even want to pick one star, but I have to I guess.... Ordered flowers on Friday, by Monday the flowers still weren't delivered. The local florist in my home town, where the flowers were going to be delivered from, called me on Monday to asked if I still wanted the order placed. I asked her to cancel the order since it was four days later. So, she rejected the order. Wesley Flower send another order, she rejected it for the second time, I was charged $63.57..... I have called Wesley Flowers 12 times, left two voice mails, sent three emails.... still haven't had it resolved, since you are never able to speak to anyone. I was put on hold for 45 mins and still had to leave a message for someone to call me back. Which up till now, they still haven't called back, the order was placed on Dec 15th 2013 ... This is the worst company and hope no one has to experience what I have had to go through. I just wanted to send flowers to a sick sibling. read more

STAY AWAY! Ordered next day flowers for someone with a loved one who is VERY ill. Guess what... no delivery. It's been 3 days. I've left many messages to their 3rd party vendor, emailed them directly, etc - no response whatsoever. I've called them directly during day hours, and still no resolution. Everyone acts like they don't know how their business is run, where the flowers actually come from, and just plain and simple - they don't care. When explaining my situation to them... paying the extra money for next day delivery, they just sit there on the phone like they don't care. No apologies. Just waiting for me to get to some point instead of taking the initiative to provide decent customer service. Finally today, after they did not call me back as promised, I called them again an hour later and one gentleman said he apologized and would issue a full refund. Aparantly my recipient address is out of any delivery territory - kind of weird - and they have been experiencing technical phone system difficulties. Out of the 5 people I've talked to so far, this guy was actually a good one. However, all of this would have been nice to know 3 days ago when I placed my order. Not sure why they have the online zipcode/delivery checking service that verifies your selected address and lets you know when an item can be delivered to your destination. All in all..... hope you don't care if you ever get your order or money back. The only way you would know is if you hound them like I did - not something I ever like to do. read more

If there was a way to put ZERO stars here, I would do it. WB has succeeded in providing the WORST experience I have ever had in on-line floral delivery. I ordered flowers for my elderly mom's birthday 2 days in advance. The offer was accepted and was scheduled to be delivered the Saturday before her Sunday birthday. Big mistake I received a message late Saturday night saying "sorry, we were were not able to deliver your flowers. We will ATTEMPT to deliver your order in the next several days". No excuses, no reasons, no offer to rebook with someone else. Nothing. I was forced to re-order with a REAL florist and pay premium price for next day Sunday delivery. Somehow they were able to live up to their commitments unlike Wesley Berry. I put comments on their Facebook page indicating my botched order, and they promptly deleted them (along with all the other negative comments from other suckers like me who trusted their gifts with this disaster of an outfit). I signed up with Yelp just to provide this review. read more

The worst! Do not use! Call a funeral home in the area that you want your flowers delivered to and ask for a recommendation. Then call that company directly and have them deliver your flowers. This company promised me the world and didn't deliver. There were no flowers at my aunt's funeral. It was so sad! read more

Actually, -5 stars. This company is a HUGE disappointment. I ordered flowers + chocolates ($125+) for my mom for mothers day, in advance, and here's what happened 1. The company emailed me saying there was a 'delay' in my order and asked if I still wanted flowers delivered or not. If I didn't respond they would assume I did NOT want delivery. a. Problem: their email went to my junk folder and I didn't see it until mothers day when my mom never received the flowers + chocolates. 2. I call the company MULTIPLE times on mothers day and no pick up, but the ask to leave a message and a rep will get right back to me. a. I am emailed, again - and apology made, say they will give me a $50 certificate off my next order???? and they will get my mom's day order to my mother ASAP. b. ASAP to me means that day, but apparently not to the Company. 3. The following day I try to contact them by email and by phone and cannot get through, by any means. I leave messages, and send email at my disappointment. 4. I receive an email that the company will give me $100 off my NEXT order. Really? I'm done because now it's TWO DAYS post-mothers day. 5. At around 530pm , Wednesday May 13 a box arrives at my mom's home and it's from them a. The 'roses' of which I never ordered, were molding b. The vase the flowers are in have two holes in it so when my mother goes to add water (after removing the moldy rose petals) the vase leaks like a sieve c. The chocolates...I don't even think my mother should try them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They lack customer service and don't care about their product. read more

what I ordered and expected was an exotic, full, large arrangement. What we received-was quite a different story/...I ordered premium so I paid even more- and expected even more. I expected at least 5 full plants in a large basket. Instead we got 3 cheap plants - Not anything exotic - The only thing that matched was the colors. Basket was also much smaller, the whole arrangement looked small and cheap. I took pictures and emailed the company - I did not expect a full refund - but something - NO PARTIAL REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY. The supervisor Wanda, admitted the picture was vastly different, but would not budge to give any refund. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. NO VALUE COMPARED TO COST _ AND NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION....WHEN YOU CALL LISTEN TO THE PROMPTS _ ONE PROMPT IS FOR COMMENTS ON YOUR ORDER, BIG RED FLAG!!! read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WESLEY BERRY. 1. Confirmed my order via email with Monday delivery. Did not deliver on that day 2. Customer service apologized and rescheduled for Thursday between 9 and noon. As we were talking they said the flowers were just delivered (Tuesday) and they called the recipient (I was shocked) 3. Went to see my colleague Thursday, no flowers in her office. I asked if she had received anything from me. She had not. 4. Thursday, late in the day, she received the flowers DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Customer service did not know what was going on. Calling the recipient!?!! One star rating only because a selection is required. read more

This flower company doesn't even deserve one star. Seems like I should've checked Yelp before I even went through this process since I seem to have had a similar experience... I ordered a small Sympathy floral arrangement to be delivered to my Nanny's funeral, which was 2 hours away from me, and I was already very upset about not being able to attend. I ordered the flowers 48 hours in advance and received an email confirmation (which went to my spam folder, thank goodness I check that). I assumed the flowers got there, no problem, because my credit card was charged. Not only did I not receive any sort of email notifying me of their inability to deliver the arrangement, but it took them THREE DAYS after my Nanny's funeral before I even got word of it. In an email, for goodness sake, they informed me there was still some "information needed in order to complete the delivery". Oh, and did I mention they already charged me for the flowers? After responding to their email (twice) and not getting any sort of formal response or concern, I decided to call and try to speak to a human. Just so you know, if (and when) you have to call their customer service line in order to receive a refund, be aware you will be spending a minimum of 30 mins on the phone. The first ten minutes will be to reach a human voice. Then, once you do they will tell you to wait again so they can complete "paperwork". This will take an additional 15 minutes, at best. Once they finish said paperwork, they will patch you through to a "manager" to complete the whole process and don't expect any sort of "we're sorry" or anything for the disservice. I found out, after asking the manager, that the reason the flowers were never delivered is because there wasn't a floral shop available to them within the distance of the delivery location. Such bull. read more

I was charged $40 more than I was led to believe due to a website error. Their website is broken trash. The flowers were to be delivered on Valentines day, but they ended up calling the recipient and rescheduling the delivery, for which they could not give an exact time or even date. We found the flowers on our doorstep two days later when we came home from lunch, and they were not the correct flowers. Also, none of the extra "addon" items ($20 worth) were to be found. Attempted contacting customer service via email and phone and have not been able to find anyone, if they even exist. In short, beware. If you order from this company you WILL be scammed. read more

My wife and I have been married for over 20 years and have one son who just went off to college. We had not been alone on a trip in over 15 years and decided Valentine's Day would be a great opportunity to take a trip together. I decided to splurge and got us a room at a wonderful hotel in Indian Wells and decided to send my wife some flowers to have them there when we arrived. I had never used Wesley Berry Flowers/FlowerDeliveryExpress before but decided to give them a try online which turned out to be my first mistake. Wesley Berry has this selection process where they give you the option to purchase a particular arrangement in three different sizes. I decided since I was already splurging I would select the largest and most expensive arrangement, my second mistake. My third mistake was not reviewing the bill for all the additional fees before typing send. Over the years I have purchased dozens of flower arrangements and I can say without a doubt that my experience with Wesley Berry Flowers was the worst. When we arrived at the hotel what I saw was the type of flower arrangement you would get at a Vons or Ralphs only not as nice. The arrangement we received looked nothing like the picture. It had about a total of 15 - 20 flowers, with 3 roses, 4 carnations and a number of other flowers and this was supposed to be their largest arrangement. I was asking myself if this was the largest what did the smallest look like. They looked old. None of them appeared fresh. There was a brown rim around one of the roses and carnations. The actual cost was the most I had paid for a flower arrangement in my life and the flowers I received were the worst. I can accept a high price if the flowers are exceptional or I can accept flowers that aren't quite up to speed if the price is comparable, but in this case the price was the highest and the quality the worst. However, what was most unforgiving is the embarrassment I felt with having my wife think that after 20 years these are the kind of flowers that I thought she deserved. Fortunately, my wife knows me and knows that if I had any control over what was delivered they would have been much different. I called the customer service to share my concerns and no one picked up or called back. Instead what I got was a $50 credit to use on my next purchase. It sounds like a reasonable solution until you take into account that I can't buy any flowers with the $50 because of the cost of the fees. I was charged the following fees: Enclosure card - $3.99, Vase/Service Fee - $4.99, Requested Service - $14.99, Service Charge - $19.99, Sales Fee - $12.70 for a total of $56.70. As you can see there isn't even enough credit to cover the fees, let alone flowers. The icing on the cake though is I received an email two days after receiving my credit that says I have to use my credit within the week or it is expired. Gosh, I wonder how many expire before getting used. The fact is if the quality of flowers we received represents what Wesley Berry considers high quality flowers I wouldn't want them for free, let alone having to pay anything for them. This is one of the first reviews I have ever written but the quality was so bad at such a high price I am hoping to prevent someone else from having a similar experience. I had only wished I had done my due diligence before buying. read more

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, save yourself a lot of time and frustration. I am the owner of a flower shop and have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. I called Wesley Berry this morning to place a flower order for one of my customers, since the funeral home they are going to is out of my delivery area. First of all, it took forever to actually speak with a human. When I finally got the order placed and asked for a total, it was much higher than it should have been. I asked the woman to break down the fees for me. She told me there was a $5.99 "handling fee". I asked what a handling fee is, since I had already been told the delivery fee was $12.99. The woman couldn't give me an answer. I told her that I run a flower shop myself, and I have never heard of a handling fee. She hesitated, but agreed to deduct the $5.99 from my order. Late this afternoon, I received an email from their customer service department telling me that my company credit card had been declined, and that the order wouldn't be processed until I contacted them. I called the 888# and immediately went into a automated loop, of which I could not get out of. After 15 minutes, I finally called the store directly. Again, I went into an automated loop. My options were to place an order or follow-up on an existing order. When I chose the follow-up option, I was placed in another automated loop. Eventually a human answered. I asked for the woman I has spoken with this morning, but was told she wasn't available. To make a very, very long story short, I learned that I was speaking with a company that is "support" for their customer service???? I explained to this woman my situation and told her that I need to speak with someone who can correct this situation. That resulted in several more minutes on hold, only to have her come back to me and ask what Wesley Berry shop I had ordered from. I told her that after trying the 888#, I called the store in WB directly, and somehow ended up with her. I expressed my frustration to her. She launched into this huge explanation that she is doing the best she can to get someone to help me, and went on to say that they get complaints like this all the time, etc. I told her that I am trying to conduct a business of my own right now, and have spent the last 40 minutes trying to get a simple order taken care of, She put me on hold again while she discussed this with her "supervisor". Five minutes later she comes back to the phone to tell me that the supervisor is going to try and contact the owner of Wesley Berry in WB, and have him call me back. In the meantime, I have now been well over an hour trying to speak with someone about my order. I have been sitting here by my telephone, 40 minutes beyond my closing time, waiting for a return phone call, which i have yet to receive. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will never do business with this company again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I will now be driving flowers to a funeral home over an hour away, so that I can provide my customer with the quality of service I should have gotten. Shame on them. read more

I recently put an order through with Flower Express Delivery services aka Wesley Berry Flowers and experienced the WORST service EVER. I ordered flowers and two balloons to be delivered for a surprised birthday party.. Well the flowers arrived late WITHOUT THE BALLOONS.. and if I did not ask the recipient to send me the picture of the delivery, I would have never known that the balloons were missing and my account would have been charged and Wesley Berry would have made free money. Well they are quick at taking your money but they put you through HELL before they fix their issue. I called Flower Delivery Express immediately; they submitted a complaint to have the balloons delivered the following morning. Come next morning, no signs of balloons. At noon I confirmed with the recipient.. NO BALLOONS.. Called back to complaint again but I had to try 6 times before I was able to speak to a representative. Inquired about the balloons.. They put me on hold and came back with "They were delivered".. Asked for a confirmation and I was told once Wesley Berry sends them the confirmation, they will forward it to me. I called the recipient back immediately.. She told me no balloons but yet I got a confirmation e-mail that they were. Not only they did not guarantee 100% satisfaction but they ALSO LIED to me. I called back immediately.. again after few tries and several explanation of the SAME story to several different people (as I was being transferred from one rep to another), the rep told me the balloons are no where to be found.. they could not find balloons anywhere to be delivered.. To resolve the situation Beth, who was better than anyone I dealt with, promised to have another arrangement with the balloons to be delivered.. This was around 1pm .. 3pm no arrangement arrived.. Called back and inquired about the delivery.. this person by the name of David, one of the WORST customer service reps I have ever encountered and who self promoted himself to be a manager was RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, ARROGANT and with an ATTITUDE .. Who not only threatened me but also lied to me AGAIN.. stating the delivery is in transit.. In addition, he REFUSED to give me his manager's name and phone number.. 7pm and no delivery.. Called back and I was told to submit my complain by leaving a message. I am livid at this point to say the least.. Having to deal with this for the last three days was not enough, I was yelled at, lied to and given the worst treatment by this David.. I would NEVER use this services and will put a word out on unprofessional and broken service this company is running.. Stating A+ Rating is an absolute fraud.. Your service is nothing but A+... and this David guy, who knows NOTHING about how to treat customers is absolutely in the wrong position and should be fired. It is unfortunate that it had to come this far but being nice, patient, understanding, and polite does not work with this company and people like David who does not realize that his salary is paid by customer like me and you.. He is clueless what top notch customer service means..... read more

Wow, I really wish I had read the reviews before choosing Wesley Berry Florist. I placed a same-day delivery order for a get well bouquet. I placed the order at 10AM and was told my flowers would be delivered "around 2PM". At 7PM that same night, I received a generic email stating that my order had not been delivered and would be upgraded at no charge. First, the email did not explain why my order hadn't been delivered. Second, I should have been asked if I even wanted an upgrade...because it seems a discount would be more appropriate. Third, the email didn't inform me of the new delivery date / time. I immediately responded to the email asking for a rep to follow up with more information and an estimated delivery time. I emailed again the next morning with once again, no reply. The next day, I spent several hours trying to reach a customer service representative. Over and over I'd call the 1-800 # and press option #2 for "existing orders", then an automated voice saying a representative would be with me within 30 seconds. Each time I called and went through this process, the automated system would eventually just hang up on me. Finally, I called in and pressed option #1 for "place a new order" and within seconds had a rep on the phone. Typical. After giving the rep my order # and explaining my problem, she put me on hold...for almost 20 MINUTES!!! I hung up, called back using option #1, got a different rep and immediately asked for a supervisor. The supervisor (Annie W.) looked at my account and told me I had placed the order "on hold". I couldn't believe it! I had done no such thing! Where she got that information from is beyond me, but I sort of feel like she may have been lying. I then asked for a refund and was told I would only get $30 of the $50 I spent because (per their online policy) service fees are non-refundable. Ha! What service? I haggled with the supervisor to return the entire expense, as absolutely zero service was provided. How can a business collect money for a service or good they did not execute, not even in the slightest bit!? I did all the work just trying to get information out of them! My partial refund will not credit back until 7-10 business days, yet it only took 12 hours to debit out. I will NEVER use this florist again and will make sure everyone I know is aware of their shameful customer service. I will paste this review on as many high-traffic review sites as possible, as well as report to the BBB. DO NOT USE WESLEY BERRY FLORIST!!! read more

When I called the florist to order a peace lily for my husband's family when my father-on-law passed, I learned that the florist was now a Wesley Berry Florist. I ordered the lily which cost $83.00 and was told it would be delivered the next day and that I would receive a $50 credit on my next order. I thought that was a nice touch since I planned to send flowers to my sister-in-law. The next day I called my husband who had flown up to be with his family if the flowers got there and they had. The problem was it was not the lily that I had ordered, but a dish garden that looked like they had taken off the shelf without even dusting. My husband was so embarrassed by it that he asked his sister to put it out of site. I called Wesley Berry and explained to the person who answered the phone what had happened and she put me on hold, finally I got a voice mail that directed me to leave my name and number and they would return my call. They never did. I filled out their customer complaint form on their site and when I hit send it did not work. I finally got an email from them, but it was not about my problem, it was a reminder to use the credit I received when I ordered the lily. I responded to that email stating my problem and they responded saying they were sorry for the mix up and they would give me $50 off on my next order. I responded that I wanted my money refunded. This kept going back and forth for several emails until I was finally told they had the right to substitute and there would be no refund. I sent them a picture of the horrible excuse of a dish garden and told them the policy was a substitute of equal value, which this was not. They responded they would refund the delivery fee of $19.00. I told them I wanted the whole amount. I never heard from them again, although I continued to respond to every "use your credit" email, that I wanted a refund. I finally contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. They told me they would investigate it, but it may take a month or more. To my surprise I had a credit issued to my card in a week for the full amount. I still get emails from Wesley Berry wanting me to order from them. That will NEVER happen. read more

I ordered a plant that was $130 to be delivered the next day. When I received the email confirmation I noticed that it said they would substitute if my choice wasn't available. I called them immediately and told them I did not want a substitute. The gentleman I talked to said he would make a note and that they would call me if they couldn't find the exact plant that I wanted. Well, 4 days went by and I received an email stating my order wasn't delivered and that I would be upgraded and to call ASAP. I called them and they stated that my order wasn't completed because they didn't have the plant. So I decided that I would do a substitution but I wanted to know what I was paying for. So the gentleman told me he would personally call me back and let me know what was substituted and that my delivery would be for the following day. I never received a call back so the next day I called the company again. This time I spoke to a woman who told me that they unfortunately could not substitute my order. I told her I was supposed to be upgraded from the most expensive item on their web page...how is it that my order can't be substituted? She just kept apologizing and said that they couldn't do it. So I was fed up and asked her to cancel my order. At this point it had been over a week passed the time when I ordered. The next day I received an email from Wesley Berry giving me my refund, but it was only a partial refund. I again, call the company and I ask why? They said they don't give refunds on service and handling fees. That's when I lost it. I told him that there is no way I'm just giving you $30 for nothing. They didn't service or handle anything! I argued with them for over an hour! Talked to supervisor and everything and no one would give me the full refund! Terrible Company! So I asked him to replace my order. When I said this he said he would refund me completely and then over the phone we could place a new order. I received my refund back to my Paypal account and then I hung up the phone. Do NOT use this florist! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB FOR A REAL RESOLUTION/REFUND! Wow... By far the WORST and RUDEST florist I've ever dealt with. #1. The delivery guy lost his sh*t on me because he claimed he couldn't find my door. By the way, my door is a huge entrance on a main road.l and the building number is huge! No one has issues finding it. Then he claims, sheepishly, he might have been at the wrong building. I was like what?? How? It's not an obscure street. He calls me again to freak out about not knowing how to use the intercom (after I gave him clear instructions on how to buzz my unit). #2. Flowers look NOTHING like the picture. NOTHING. #3. I call the company and spoke with Chris (an employee). I tell him the flowers look nothing like the picture and he promises to send the right bouquet later. #4. I call back to inform Chris on the intercom instructions to give the next driver. He freaks out by saying he has 537 deliveries today and can't give those instructions. I told him it was just an effort to help the driver out because I would not be home later in the day. I also tell him about the horrible experience with the driver and he says "oh" and clearly could give 2 sh*ts about the issue. I am floored. #5. I then proceed to check the Yelp reviews for the company. Boy had I wished I had done this before I ordered. I cannot (well now can) believe that almost every complaint was about this company being a scam (dishonest, crap flowers, rude employees, rip off). #6. I called Chris back and told him I just wanted a refund. He replies, "Okay! Sure! Bye!" And straight up hangs up on me while I'm in mid-sentence. I was floored. I immediately called back to say wow and I want an email verification of said refund. He claims it will be sent to me in a half hour. My gut says he's lying. #7. Just filed a BBB complaint. read more

DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS THIEF, PROFLOWERS.COM On October 7, 2014, I signed onto proflowers.com to purchase an anniversary arrangement. I selected an arrangement and a small box of chocolate. When I was finished, the total in my shopping cart was $56.21. As I proceeded to checkout, a pop-up window appeared that said "Place this order now and save $40." With no other choice but the click on the pop-up, I was taken to a form to enter my personal and credit card information. After all my information was entered, there was a total of $36.21 a notice of a $50 rebate. Thinking that this was a great deal (even though there was only $20 off the order), I pressed the submit button to process my order. The the receipt page loaded. It had a total of $36.21; then below it, a Grand Total of $86.21. I was blown away. I immediately signed onto my bank account website and saw that I was charged $86.21. Trying several times to contact this purveyor false advertising, I was only met with lame email responses, even though I emailed and telephoned them requesting a phone call. I also received an email that now said $50 rebate on "my next order." The "next order" part was added after I paid. When the arrangement arrived, I was shocked at how small it was for an $86.21 arrangement. I showed it to a local florist who told me he would have charged me about $38 for this arrangement. And pro flowers (aka, FlowerDeliveryExpress.com-office: 248.668.2881, customerservice@800wesle...; and Wesley Berry Flowers, Corporate Offices: 2985 Haggerty Rd. You know I'm about to rip into some horrible company when you see my name on this website, here you go, enjoy: Wesley Berry flowers is a horrible company. I ordered flowers on 2/20, with the specific instructions to leave the flowers on the doorstep because the person receiving them has a concussion and would more than likely not answer the door, but they have several roommates. That request was ignore, and they were not delivered. I had to call using several different methods, because it is difficult to get a real person on the phone. Finally, I was informed they were not delivered but would be deliver on 2/21 between the hours of 8-5pm. Around 5pm, on 2/21, I had not heard anything so I called the recipient fished around for some answers and then came out with and told her she should be expecting something from me, because I did not want her to miss the flowers again. I then called to insure they would be delivered, and was told they were out for delivery and would be there between 5pm-7pm. She waited 2 hours, and never received anything. I called today, 2/22, to cancel my order and was told that I could not and in addition, the only thing Wesley Berry was willing to do for me was to give me a discount (which is already offered to every customer who visits their website) to buy more flowers from this terrible company. The manager I dealt with is Catherin, employee code 702. DO NOT PURCHASE WESLEY BERRY FLOWERS. This is the post I will be leaving on every social media page, review based website, and any other form of customer reviews that I can find for your company. read more

I had a TOTALLY positive experience with WB florist, during a very difficult time. I placed my order online, as I was trying to get a flower delivery to a hospital in a different state. Their email confirmation of my order showed a wrong city - because of a typo. that I, MYSELF, had entered in my haste. Thank goodness for the confirmation, as it allowed me to catch it immediately. I called to fix my error, and their customer service rep. was very helpful and professional in resolving the problem. She didn't even say, "It was your own darn typo!" ;} Later that same afternoon, I got a call that my friend, the intended recipient of the flowers, had passed away that day. I made a second call to customer service, and the poor girl on the phone had to bear with me crying while I tried to ask if the flowers could be delivered to my friend's family, instead of to the hospital, by changing the delivery town & address. She was very kind and made the change without a lot of fuss. And get this, this was on a SUNDAY, after 5pm, for Monday's delivery!! Many companies would not have allowed such a change, or charged some ridiculous fee for doing so. Neither was the case in this instance with Wesley Berry Florist! I had TWO great experiences with their customer service reps., and I definitely appreciated the help during a tough time. I could not have asked for more from my florist! I, for one, WILL be using them again for all my flower deliveries!! Sincerely, Kristin H. read more

I had an extremely bad experience with Wesley Berry Florist over the past few days. I placed an order early Saturday morning for a birthday arrangement for one of my best girlfriends that lives in another state. I was told they would definitely get the order delivered that day. I didnt hear from my friend and Monday rolled around, I asked her if she received a delivery and she said no. I called the florist and was told they were really busy and could not get the delivery out. I asked why didnt you call me so I could make other arrangements and I was told, they were going to email me but didnt have me email address. I said, you had my phone number. They said they were to busy they couldnt make any outgoing phone calls. I was extremely annoyed and asked what they planned to do to resolve this issue. I was told they could delivery Monday, that day, or I could cancel my order. I was appalled and could not believe the way they were handling this problem. When I stated this to the representative she was sly remarked what else can I do, I cant rewind the clock, do you want us to deliver today or cancel the order. I told them to cancel my order and I would go with another florist. The next day I checked my credit card and they charged me for the flowers. Flowers they didn't even deliver! I called and was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. read more

The worst company EVER! I ordered flowers for a funeral and had a guarantee delivery for the day before the funeral. The flowers were not delivered the day before (as agreed) or even the day of the funeral. The day after the funeral I called to get a refund and was prompted to leave a message, so I did so twice, and explained the situation and that I would like my money refunded. I also called again and sent several emails requesting a refund. Five days later I finally got in touch with a representative and was told that the flowers were delivered the day of the funeral to which I stated that they absolutely were not. I was placed on hold and after several minutes the representative stated that the flowers were just delivered a few minutes ago. I advised her that I left several messages and emails not to deliver the flowers because I thought it would be inappropriate to send them a week after the funeral when the family was trying to move on. The lady said there was nothing she could do and she WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the same thing that even though the Wesley Berry did not perform the service on the guaranteed date, and they were too busy to check the emails and messages I left to cancel the order, that I would still need to pay for their service. UNBELIEVABLE, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! #WorstCompanyEver read more

I wish I could put 10 stars!! What an outstanding customer service organization. I have used them several times and, thanks to my bad luck, have always needed to do some sort of change to my order. Despite my last minutes crazy changes, WBF ALWAYSSSSSS! gets it right! They continue to make me look good... excellent florist service! I had pre-arranged a hospital delivery for a scheduled operation that unfortunately was cancelled an hour before the delivery. I quickly emailed and followed with a call (my email was answered while I was on the phone with them.. that's speedy!) to change my request. I opted to continue with the order, however, completely changed the delivery location - different address, different city altogether. They made all the necessary changes and delivered perfectly. I did have the recipient send me a photo and although it was not exactly what I had ordered... the pictures have small print that state something like "substitutions may be made as needed"... they did a wonderful subsititution and it was even better than the original photo I had selected from. I also had a wording change to a message that I simply sent a correction to their customer service email and it was immediately changed and delivery without error! the are excellent and I will continue to use their service (especially with the complimentary coupons now, too!!!) read more

B I G F A T "ZERO". I was using my usual florist website and click the flowers i wanted and a popup saying it was on sale for 19.00 came up, so I though... great, they were having a Sale. When I proceeded to check out a summary page appeared with Total of $29.00 (including card, tax and deliver)y. I always put next day deliver as it is local and no problem. AFTER I put in my cc info and hit process did a page pop up with the REAL price of $64.95 (with a RUSH delivery charge also). I immediately called them (after diligently searching the page for a phone number, which was hard to find) I called and got a customer service person. That's when I realized it was not my regular florist but "WESLEY BERRY" located in Michigan NOT Louisiana! I told them I wanted to immediately cancel my order. He said it would be cancelled. I asked for an e-mail confirmation to be sent to my email, he said they don't do that. I said are you sure they will be cancelled and told me yes! I told him I felt this was extortion and I had no idea I was dealing with anyone other than MY florist. I didn't trust him so I called and cancelled with my cc company. The very next morning I got a confirmation saying the flowers were already sent and delivered!. I AM FURIOUS AND WILL NOT GO ONLINE TO ORDER AGAIN. I WILL CALL ON THE PHONE!!! read more

This company is a scam artist. I spent $81 for a basket of flowers for my wife but when she brought them home (They were sent to her place of work) I was stunned to see how different they were from the picture on their website. Both the vase and the flowers were much smaller than the picture. Also they had offered a $20 coupon to be redeemable at their website. When I called to complain they apologized and said that they would credit my account for $40 and that I should go to their website to redeem the $20 coupon. I waited one week but they never did credit my account, also when I got on their website to redeem the coupon there was no such option for coupon redemption. I called them again but they said the $40 credit will only be given towards a future purchase and as far as coupon they said that the value of the coupon has already been applied to the price that I paid. In other words the full price of the flowers would actually be $101! I invite anyone to visit their website and see for yourself how they misrepresent their coupon and make it look like you can get the $20 redemption afterwards, plus this is exactly what the first agent I spoke to told me. I hope this company soon goes out of business so that they cannot continue defrauding people. read more

Basically I feel as though I was mislead not only did I get charged a $20 "service fee" and then a $10 "sales charge" but the invoice also said $50 Rebate! And it said that I was saving "$90" with the rebate & $40 off. Well a rebate by definition is "a return of part of the original payment for some service or merchandise; partial refund." According to their Terms and Conditions the $50 rebate is not really a rebate. Since the $50 can only be applied to a future purchase all it really is, is a coupon. Their invoice makes it look like it is an actual rebate the way it says "a total savings of $90". But no it's not a savings of $90. I got charged $74 for flowers that were only supposed to be $30 plus tax. But after the sales fee, service charge and whatever nonsense they decide to charge me for I ended up getting ripped off. I didn't even get the flowers I ordered "white roses and sunflowers" and got pink daisies and sunflowers. I feel completely ripped off and I will absolutely never use this companies services again. You'd be best to steer clear of these dishonest people. Their customer service is terrible. Even though I called to cancel 5 minutes after placing the order, the order was processed and nobody has offered help in giving me a refund. read more

I ordered an upgraded bouquet of red and apricot roses from Flowers Delivery Express website for my parents' 65th wedding anniversary. A relative sent me a picture of the bouquet a few days after they were delivered at my request... the company had instead sent a cheap looking bouquet of pink daisies and white mums! I tried calling and emailing for the next several days to no avail. When I finally reached someone from the company over a week later, the contact apologized and said they couldn't do anything because my complaint was made "weeks after the delivery" (so not true; I had been trying consistently to contact them since 2 days after the delivery)! The girl with whom I spoke would not let me speak with her supervisor stating "she will not tell you anything different than I will". With much arguing, she eventually offered me a credit! I did not want a credit due to my lack of trust in the company... I simply wanted them to send an appropriate arrangement or issue me a full refund. I am certain that if I try to use this measly credit, I'll still be soaked for service and handling charges. I am not willing to risk any further business with this low-life company! I agree with a former reviewer... order locally!!! This business sucks! read more

Apparently I should have read all of these reviews prior to doing business with this company. About a month ago, I needed flowers to be delivered, and chose this company because they advertised same day delivery. That was a joke. The flowers never did get delivered, and it took days and several phone calls before I could even get a refund. Of course, I determined never to do business with this company again. Yesterday, I again needed to have some flowers delivered same day. I had received an email coupon offer from this company, and - against my better judgment - decided to give them another chance. You guessed it! The flowers were not delivered. I attempted to email their customer service department, but never received a response. I called, and after about an hour, most of which was spent on hold, I was informed that they would not be issuing me a refund, but would give me a store credit. As you can imagine, this was not satisfactory as I do not intend on using this company in the future. When I stated this to the supervisor, he disconnected the phone call. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Don't make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. read more

I wanted to send flowers to my friend in Michigan to cheer her up. I Googled florists in the area where she lives. It was about 2:30 pm, on a Saturday, and I had no luck getting a florist that would not only make up a floral arraingement that same day, but deliver it that same afternoon too! Luckily I saw the online ad for Wesley Berry Florist! The person that answered my call was so nice, and very helpful. Not only did they agree to make the floral arraingement that I asked for (that same day), but delivered it to my friend's home by 6:30 pm that same afternoon! Living in New Hampshire, I had to take a 'Leap of Faith' picking a florist in Michigan as, obviously, I have no knowledge of the kind of work that any of the florists in that area do. My friend sent me a text photo of the flowers that were delivered to her...they were absolutely beautiful, and just what I had asked for! She loved them! It helped cheer her up, after having had her beloved dog pass away the previous day! You did a superb job with my request of a small, but cheery floral arraingement. I would not hesitate to use you again in the future, should a need arise! Thank you, Anita R. Danville, NH read more
