Everything was very well done, exactly as we needed and asked. It took a few days but we had several items. We have more that need to be done so we'll be going back. We were very pleased with the service, and though it may have seemed pricey to some, we felt it was worth the excellent service. You just don't get that kind of service in a lot of places anymore. I add the cleaning service is excellent, no complaints there either. A hometown business that services its customers well.

Here comes the day and my shoes are still wet and not done lady was extremely rude and told me nothing she can't do. Here we are almost a month later I never got a call my shoes where done so I decided to stop there today to get my shoes and they where ready, although I didn't even recognize the shoes they didn't even look like mine I had worn mine once and they where perfectly white. The shoes where completely brown and yellow and looks like someone had an accident on the shoes they where destroyed from what the manager said they were "soaking" and the dye from the rubber bled and made the shoe yellow. I was told they would call me if they thought they couldn't get the stain out and they would not make it worse now the whole Shoe is yellow is brown I would NEVER recommend these people completely unacceptable
