Needed 3 items altered in waist. All needed waist taken in. One needed new zipper, which he stated when went to pick up he didn't know how to change it. And did not alter at all. Really. The 2 he grossly altered are lumped together material front and back. I could have definitely repaired these better than what I was highly charged for. Unbelievable that this type of disgraceful customer service is real! This is real. So real with disgust!! Now to find a seamstress to repair this mess!! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. PLEASE. I have been taking my clothes here for awhile. Had a few hiccups but after today's experience I won't be coming back. They are good at hems but could not get a pair of dress pants taken in correctly - after two rounds of alterations on the pants I just gave up and went to another tailor. They also lost a pair of my jeans I had asked them to repair. I recently brought them two blankets to repair holes in - they were weeks late (they kept giving excuses of why they were not ready each time I called) and then when I picked them up, the work was so messy and ragged, I will need to take them somewhere else to have it undone and repatched. Super friendly. Very affordable. This also means they are very busy. They will personally take care of all of your needs when it comes to laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, etc, but you may have to wait a week. It's totally worth it! the only downfall I have to say about this place is they are only open business hours as 3/4 of syracuse ny works business hours and life gets busy. sometimes you forget between personal and employment obligations. maybe require a payment upfront required? i worry my stuff is gone after forgetting!!!! i can't ever get ahold of anyone after I do remember with life happening after a pandemic and it's clearly either a cell phone or personal phone for the business as I call and can't even leave a voicemail "mailbox not being set up" success ran is a success at start up- and there is no email option and leaving me in an absolute panic after being in a hospital for 6 months from a serious accident in a coma and now recovering home and starting to have memory coming back wonderin where my coats are and they are there worrying if they are tossed or sold off because I have no family and was in a coma- no way to email or leave a message to get a message relayed. Big downfall no one should have to worry while trying to get their memory back or life on track because they can't get a message across in the event they do remember for that split second.
