The person quoting the job was at my home in about an hour, the work crew came to install the new water heater around noon. The crew sent to replace my water heater was great. Did good work and were very easy to work with. Very pleased with scheduling and work. Appreciate their intention to meet my needs. The job did cost a lot more than I expected, I agreed to the quoted price because I needed the work done that day. Peaden was there, ready, willing and able to do the work.

During a regular maintenance visit, Peaden mistakenly sent out someone who did not have the correct certifications to handle an AC System Cleaning & Tune-Up, which I had scheduled. They later admitted they made an error in scheduling my appointment and sent the wrongly certified technician, which I did not know at the time. He failed to check my refrigerant levels. Within two weeks, my air coil froze because of a lack of refrigerant and the capacitor blew, destroying a unit that had been working fine before their service. With indoor temperatures climbing into the 90s, I felt pressured to proceed with purchasing a brand-new system through the same company. At that point, I did not yet fully comprehend how serious their earlier negligence had been or how directly it had caused the failure of my prior unit. When I later confronted them about what had happened, Peaden would only offer me a $350 credit, claiming they had already given me a $1,500 discount on the proposal. However, the proposal itself only shows a "Member Discount" and a "Next Available Install" discount with no indication that these were intended as compensation for their prior mistake, nor was any such compensation ever verbally acknowledged or communicated to me by the salesperson. I paid half of the $10,000 bill in good faith and tried repeatedly to negotiate a fair adjustment to the balance, since the early replacement was needed only because of their own mishandling. Instead of taking responsibility, Peaden ignored my email, one I sent on October 10, 2025, directly responding to their earlier message to me. This week they escalated the situation by sending me a "Formal 5-Day Demand with Intent to File Claim of Lien." This is how they treat loyal customers who trusted them and paid thousands of dollars in good faith. Their communication is dismissive, their internal accountability nonexistent, and their handling of this matter has been deeply unprofessional. I strongly caution anyone considering Peaden to think twice before allowing their technicians to service or install your system. A company that refuses to acknowledge its own mistakes and instead threatens its customers with a lien and accompanying attorneys' fees deserves to be publicly called out.

While the rain offered lower temps, the humidity was almost suffocating. With one call, sales manager Brad made getting us up and running a priority and came out same-day. He diagnosed the issue, determined our 17-year old Gibson had seen its last day, gave us options on new units and had one ordered all in one appointment. Less than 24 hours later, service techs Jermain and Rowen along with their manager Todd, spent the next several hours installing those units both inside and outside in addition to upgrading our duct, adding copper lines and replaced our thermostat. While all of that is awesome, it's their responsiveness, punctuality, reliability and professionalism that sets them apart from the rest. We will never use another HVAC company and cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you so much!!

Leaving the key in their office door, they called the sheriff and said it was abandoned. Then Nike said black people stole it after Stacie said she had a police report. I said they will hear from my attorney, Mike said his was there, and he introduced himself as Jose Cuervo. Then said I can't sus tan chi ate anything. Now keep in mind, I treated Stacie and her employee to lunch where she agreed to have us market for them but didn't remember. Also forgot the many ads we did for the for program books etc., never charged them, actually rebranded their logo, and more. Never paid a penny but think after forgetting our agreement, towing my truck and thinking it's funny is acceptable, it's not! They called me back after their AI service contacted them while in the parking lot of Rock It Lanes with my 16 yr old son asking if I was drunk. Well I was not drinking and it certainly sounded like they were and their attorney Jose Cuervo was too.
