I never knew I needed a pencil so badly. They carry the Ferris Wheel Press inks and a few others but I can't remember the name. Most of the inks cost the same as they would online but you don't have to pay shipping and you can view the swatches to get a good idea of the color you're buying. Glenda was our instructor- We each had a workstation and she explained very thoroughly the entire process. It wasn't intimidating at all-she was very sweet and super knowledgeable. We basically had free reign over all the different glass supplies and tools to create whatever we wished! I chose something quite technical and Glenda was happy to walk me through the difficult parts, She was as involved as we wanted her to be, so it was a relaxed and fun environment with snacks and music and we didn't feel rushed. There are classes for all skill levels- this would be perfect for a girls night out and they even have a couples class! I'm looking forward to receiving the final product when it is finished in the kiln. I will probably be coming back for another fun project. The location is a bit far away, but the experience was well worth the trip.

I walked up to the young person at the desk and said hi. We did not have a reservation, but we would like to know where we can sit and she stared at me and said that she needed to check out the other customers and then she would let me know. We stood around for about 15 minutes and my niece was anxious to sit down, so did sit at a table. My husband and I went back up to the front while my niece and sister and her husband were walking around. At that time we walked back up to the front and two people are completely ignoring us while we're standing there. There's been several people walking in behind us and sitting at tables. As we are standing there, one of the people looked over at my niece and points and says what are they doing there? They then proceed to go over to a child and tell them that they cannot sit there. That's when I interrupted and said we've been waiting to see where we can sit we are happy to go anywhere and this person completely ignored us and the other girl at the front said she wasn't sure. We're standing there. People are behind us. People are walking up to the queue and the person that approached my niece ignored all of them until a lady spoke up and said she was here to pick up and then they said oh I thought you were with that party. The customer service was awful. We actually came here to help brighten up the spirits of my sister who had had an awful day. It took an hour just to get her to come out of the house and I did not make a reservation because I was not sure that we would be able to get her motivated to come. We were hoping that this would be a stress-free experience as the sign on the door says and something that would really bring her some joy instead it made her so upset and Feeling unwelcome. I was finally able to ask about some boxes that were sitting on a table to see is there anyway we could move to this two top while the rest of the party stand so that my niece and my sister could paint something small. The girl looked clueless, but said OK sure and went and moved the boxes off the table. I just felt like it would be appropriate to share this with the owner or the leadership team as there were several other patrons that were really ignored and this was not a great experience. Even if we didn't have a reservation acknowledging when we came in and providing us direction, would've been helpful instead of having us stand around while other people sat down and then have a child being approached and told to move.

The friendly staff helped me to evaluate the cost and options of stretching myself versus having it professionally done. Everyone I interacted with genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and assisting customers. Thankfully I'd parked at a friends place nearby and walked over as I do not think there is a lot for the business and I hate trying to find parking in midtown.
