The DTF is no good I pressed it and when I stretched it you can see the cracks in it. The feel is a little loud and it is not soft. I would not recommend anyone buy the DTF if you would like positive feedback from your customers. The vinyl I brought also was cut short and crocked, not all but over 50% of my purchase was. I had a crushing, money sucking experience with Atlanta Vinyl. I ordered thousands of dollars in product, which at first were fine-and being my first experience with UV DTF, I did not know what to look for. Little did I know that the colors were TOTALLY off, not consistent, and basically see through upon application. At first, the company did try to work with me-but put the entire situation on my plate with NO help to figure out which items were bad, reprint or try to make up for MONTHS of mistakes. I did try to reorder with them on the items I could identify, but the new items they sent continued to be incredibly subpar and inconsistent. The product is UNUSABLE, I am out THOUSANDS of dollars, and they were incredibly difficult when I asked for a refund. I am now working with another vendor and I have not received one "bad" product. I would HIGHLY CAUTION anyone working with this company--Im not sure if it is their equipment or human error, but I wasted months of time and upwards of $10,000 with them. read more

Ordered masks from them in October (which were great) and then ordered again last week and we received completely different masks. I ordered the same order from the same company and received different masks. Different in size, the inside of the ones from October were even quilted and these are not, they are even different in packaging. See below: the left side being the new masks and the right side being the masks from October. I had one of our employees try on the new ones and they wouldn't even stretch to go on his ears. He still has his one from October and it fits fine. It appears the company switched vendors at some point between October and now, which is fine, but they didn't even let me know that they might be different now??? She has a little section in the store where small children can sit and read books and play with toys. I think that is so cool because it keeps the little ones occupied while the grown ups look for their vinyl and ask questions. My husband loves doing business here because of the great prices and good service. They even offer local delivery (sometimes same day), which comes in clutch when he has a major project and can't drive down. I placed my first order with the company on 3/27. One young lady called regarding a question to substitute the roll for sheets (which was perfectly fine). The next morning I check my email to make sure it would ship and the email stated I was under fraud review. I immediately called to find out what was going on. The same young lady answered and told me she had to forward me to another department. I spoke to one gentleman and he stated my order came back as fraud. I asked him what was deemed fraud. He stated he could not answer that but needed my drivers license. I asked to speak to the owner in which he transferred me to. The owner stated that that their system stated I was medium risk of fraud. Now I pissed because he could not tell me how it qualified me as a first time customer as fraud. He could not explain. All he could say is he didn't want to be responsible for kickbacks for fraudulent purchases. I stated to him that I don't know you and you don't know me so how can I trust that my DL information would not somehow actually link me to fraud in their possession. The owner was non caring and was a bit of a jerk. No real answers. I have never experienced anything of the kind before and that was very disappointing. Clearly they don't trust new customers and should revamp their system and at least have a more genuine response to how their system deems fraud. To accuse anyone of such a thing is totally disrespectful. I happy to say this company went over and above with correcting an issue with how my order was labeled upon delivery. I had no problem with the quickness and accuracy of the order, it was delivered in 2 days.. however when it arrived, I couldn't tell which vinyl was the white, which was the clear, and so on. I sent an email to the company, and heard from not one, but two company representatives that acknowledged my concerns, and agreed to change the process of how they label outgoing orders.
