All in all, this store is great for finding any odd Knick-knacks, craft materials, kid's crafting activities, decorations or holiday-themed materials. I recently went in to get a star for the top of my Christmas tree and although I had a heck of a time finding where they kept them (a store employee was able to guide me to the right spot), I was able to choose from a decent selection. I guess if I had any issues with the store it would be related to the puzzling layout. Some holiday items were on one side of the store and others were literally on the opposite side. Other than that, the only thing I've noticed is that the checkout process can be pretty slow. I bought an item on clearance for $29.99. I was overcharged by $15, they charged me $45. I went back to the store, brought my receipt and the original item showing what I should have been charged. I first had to wait over 10 minutes for a manager. I was then told that I would need to return to the location that overcharged me. When I protested and asked if they could call them instead, the told me it would take awhile as they would need to go through the video feed that day to prove that's what I bought and paid. All of this for $15. This is an unbelievable policy from an untrusting store. I already had reservations with this place due to their intolerant views. I won't be returning again. read more

I was here (twice ) last thursday. The first time, I enjoyed a blissful shopping experience. I was so close to purchasing two different furniture pieces (on sale!), and some fantastic decorative pieces for our front garden. Since, I am on a cash budget, I chose to purchase a few things to finish a few projects. I needed some poster board- and while it's 1.19 per board, I loved being able to purchase a fancier board (red metallic) for the same price as all the others. I also found a material I could use in their remnant end cap. I even found some awesome picture frames that I took a picture of and sent them to a friend looking to do a gallery wall in her house (and 50%off to boot!). My issue came when I got home, and realized that I was missing 2 items from my bags. I called the store, and sure enough, they were left behind (my cashier handed me my bags when we left...and I failed to check them). I told her that my toddler and I would be back at 2:30 on our way to school pick up. She put my name on the bag and informed me that she would have it ready for me at register 1. I thought "great...inconvenient to have to go back, yes...but should be a quick stop." When I got back there, the store was much busier, and my toddler was in full meltdown...which puts me in a GREAT mood. I walked to register one, and the manager treated me like I was an inconvenience and someone trying to get free items. Like I would be a scam artist for some remnant fabric!?!?! She was asking me what was in the bag like a quiz- one false answer and my stuff wasn't mine anynore. Didn't matter that I was standing there with my receipt from earlier - just in case. She asked my name, and took her time getting MY bag from register 8 (not ONE). I was in and out in about 15 minutes again, but the whole thing was just such a burden in an already insane day. read more

They had everything I needed, and almost everything was on sale! They have a huge selection, though they didn't have a darning egg (I don't know what it is but Mom needed one, she was sad). Prices are okay, some things seemed ridiculously priced, but the rest was fine. I don't agree with their employee policies, but since that's a corporate decision I'm not going to mark the store down. We had great customer service, so if that's what you need this is a good place for it. read more

My son and I arrived 20 mins before closing. We retrieved our items and proceeded to the check out and paid for our items. Upon exiting the sensor alarm went off. A cashier came and took the bag (while my son and I stood between the sensors) and set it on the sensor box and brought it back with a pitiful sorry! No other shopper who check out with the same cashier got an alarm while going through the sensors. These people are the devils that the Bible speaks of. Thank goodness for Hobby Lobby. They are always there when you're in a pinch MOST OF THE TIME (except on Sunday's when they are not open). Check out their online ads before you go. They almost always have a coupon or two to help you out when debaing a purchase decision. :) read more

I brought in a professional print of a floral watercolor a family member had done years ago to be framed. I had a custom frame built. The woman showed me the finished product wrapped in plastic. It looked good but she would not allow me to take it. She said she had to carry it out. I paid for it but not until I got it home did I see they mounted the hanger on wrong end of the picture. It never occurred to me that someone would not use the artists signature as a reference point as to which way is up. Bottom line, if I hung it.. the signature is on the left, on its side facing right. I cannot move the hanger as it is screwed into the outer edge of the frame (on the back). Everything else looks quality. I plan on calling to complain. read more

Smaller than what I've been to in other states. Staff is grumpy and uptight. If you're use to the big hobby lobby stores then this may be a disappointment. They are very careful and particular on what is or isn't on sale and will only let you use one coupon per customer per day. I've had other stores be fine with multiple coupon usages so long as transactions are separated. Just a heads up in case you are planning to do that. Three stars for grumpy employees, rigid rules and smaller inventory. read more

Just stopped by this location to make a small return which went smoothly with the help of Miranda. We then asked for advice to find some materials were needed to complete our project. Miranda politely directed us towards the area we needed and assured us someone would be there to help. There we found Kelsey. We asked and described to Kelsey what we were looking for, to which she made a disgruntled face and had no useful information for us. We then wandered around until we found something that met our requirements. I give one star to Kelsey, but would like to give five stars to Miranda thus concluding on a three star rating. read more
