Loved this Hobby Lobby! Everyone was so helpful in pointing me towards what I was looking for. The store was well stocked, too. I was first looking for leather cords for necklaces. They offered finished one as well as various thickness cord on a spool. It was all economical. After I got what I wanted there, I was looking for rubber ducks. I was in a rental Jeep and had been gifted a duck - and of course I wanted to reciprocate! Yep. Hobby Lobby has rubber ducks!!! LOL It's a good thing I was visiting from Florida. I don't have a store near me. I would have spent a lot more money if I didn't have to fly with just a carry on! read more

I know this is not the staffs fault, but for the owner of this hobby lobby, ADD. TAP. TO. PAY. it's extremely frustrating walking in, spending half an hour shopping, and then having to put all the items back because I can't pay without my physical card. Hobby Lobby is one of those businesses where I totally disagree with the stances they make as a company, but I can't fully boycott them because they always have what I need and can't find at a JoAnne's or Michaels. It's seriously one of those situations where there's a devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other. I've visited this location once or twice and they have always had what I needed in stock and at a good price point. You also can never go wrong with their 40% coupon. There's plenty of parking, their staff is friendly and happy to assist you track down something you need. It's also kept really clean and organized at all times. Their drawing pads, pens, markers, paints, resins, and art supplies are what keeps me coming back. I also enjoy their seasonal section. No matter the season or holiday, I know I'll find what I need there all in one fell swoop. It's much closer than any Blick and obviously way more affordable, which is why I continue shopping here. This place has the cutest decorations and art supplies too! I have bought paints and canvas here and today we bought paper mache houses that my daughters are decorating. They can be pricey at times but have weekly sales that change to different sections and stuff. Customer service was super nice today and it was fun weaving through aisles for a project to do with family. read more

I went there with my wife, and they had extremely poor service, the bathrooms were definitely not up to par and I did not appreciate how rude the employees were. The only thing that made up for the poorly behaved staff was the semi-decent prices but the products there were seemingly a little dirty/not well taken care of. I'm really disappointed. read more

Customer service is totally nonexistent. I purchased items in the store but the clerk failed to put all of my items in the bag. After calling the store they told me I had to come in to pick it up to their store only. I do not live in Grove city I was simply there on another appointment. Therefore picking up in their store was not an option. They wouldn't either mail the item to me nor refund my credit card. Not acceptable read more
