Honey also assisted me with trying clothes on in the fitting room and even directed me to the sale rack in the back where I found some items to purchase as well. Came in just to browse and ended up leaving with a large bag of high quality and extremely comfortable outfits and a cute pair of sunglasses I didn't know I needed. Entire store has great vibes, smells like incense, and there is so much to browse, from crystals to unique jewelry/fashion accessories and inspired home decor to incense and oils and books...so much you wouldn't realize you wanted until you're there and also great as gifts for your alternative friends. We bought a necklace from here and when we got to the car we discovered it was broken, so we went back inside to ask them if we could exchange it for a new one. If that is against policy to exchange it, then we understand, but the woman never said anything about that, she just kept saying that we were the ones that messed it up when we tried pulling the tag off, if that was true then we wouldn't have asked to exchange it. It was broken when we opened the box. She was being very unprofessional and rude and quite honestly making a scene for no reason. Then, she hands it to another lady, which was nicer but also very unprofessional. She tried to fix it for us but lost one of the pieces to and handed it back and proceeded to tell us to just try and fix it ourselves because she couldn't see well enough because she didn't have her glasses. If she needs glasses to do her job, then she should have them with her. The whole experience was so dramatic for zero reason and I will no longer be purchasing jewelry there again.

Will definitely come back for more treasures as long as JESSE is in the building. Found the softest gray shag area rug for only 12$ to hide an unsightly spot on my tiled floor until it can be fixed. Nicely covers a four by fourish area, AND great quality. My cat can't even tear it up!
