Went on a Sunday about 2:30. Took 30 minutes to check out. 2 checkers and a long line of people

I cannot tell you how unbelievablely helpful and sweet their employees are, especially JESSE. JESSE has a fantastic attitude towards customers and only offered me the most respectful and helpful service. Will definitely come back for more treasures as long as JESSE is in the building. Found the softest gray shag area rug for only 12$ to hide an unsightly spot on my tiled floor until it can be fixed. Nicely covers a four by fourish area, AND great quality. was shopping today and watched a manager, her name was Britney or something, fire a brand new associate in front of me and other customers in a very rude and demeaning way. left a really bad taste in my mouth. when I asked the fired associate what happened, she said she had no idea why she'd been fired and that she'd only worked one shift. two days before Christmas. Was extremely unprofessional. I don't want to shop somewhere that doesn't take care of its employees and treat them with dignity. If you're going to let someone go, at least have the decency of doing it in private. read more

I love the store the prices are very reasonable! They have trendy clothes,shoes for all ages and sizes!Amazing home department! The only downside is that the store is hardly ever cleaned..there's always more stuff on the floor than on the walls which makes me not want to shop read more

I made a return here with the receipt and the tag (paper tag off the garment but with the item, plastic tag still on.) I had purchased the item about 7-10 days prior. I explained there was nothing wrong with it, it just didn't fit. The lady informed me that "future returns have to have the tag or no refund will be issued." I said I understood and mentioned that the plastic tag was still on if that helped. She proceeded to tell me how unsanitary it is to take returned clothes and how they would not be reselling the item. This is not what the return policy says. We're talking about a dress here - not underwear. I didn't take the "unsanitary" comment too personal because I know I'm clean, but her customer service skills are severely lacking. She never made eye contact. She also started chatting with another employee while I stood there about how another employee got in trouble for some random thing. I gave a 3 star because I do enjoy looking around & I have found good deals. Overall, the store looks like it needs a thorough straightening and employees could use some training in how to handle customer service issues. Not enough employees to handle the customers. I've never seen more than one person at the checkout and they also will leave to show people jewelry. One of the ladies is apparently never in a good mood and might want to seek employment elsewhere if she's that unhappy read more

Ross is like a small, less stocked version of TJ Maxx. A lot of similar items and similar prices. However, this store doesn't have much at all. Every section (other than the jewelry) is limited in what it has. I was looking for a swimsuit and there were only about 10 swimsuits in the entire store. Bummer. Also, although she was extremely nice, there was only one person at the checkout line, so I could see how people could get frustrated waiting. read more

I like the prices and sometimes they do have high end stuff like Calvin Klein and Kenneth Cole for men. However, my biggest issue is a large majority of the clientele in there don't supervise their children and their children run wild. I know the staff can't help it and they are actually awesome (staff) but it makes me leery to visit unless early in morning or later in night. If they got people with their animal acting children to either supervise/manage or leave, this would be a 4 to 5 star read more
