There is a gentleman there that I believe manages the store and he is incredibly customer service focused. Makes sure the lines aren't too long, hops in and opens a register if needed, always greets customers when they walk in. Restores my faith in humans. Lol read more

The West Bend location is always organized well, is attractive and clean. They usually have pretty good sales too. The check out could be more efficient and faster. read more

Firstly, I want to say that the staff wasn't pleasant. They would look at me like I have come from a different planet. As well, the act as if I did not speak English. Some of the staff didn't know what I wanted, even though I told them in detail. Secondly, the place is nice. Everything in its place. After trying to find items on my own. However, I give this rating an "A-OK." That is just me being nice. I have shopped there a month ago. I think that will be my first and last day shopping there ever again. read more

I happen to like going to Hobby Lobby and finding nick nacks for the home. Up to now I've enjoyed my visits...but then I met up with a person not very willing to offer service. Maybe I shouldn't judge this location by one experience; however, if you do visit here and are are male I recommend you stay away from Lori! Her response to a question is grunting and waving you away as if she were extremely busy. Then, as I stood there waiting, she simply walked away. rather rude...leaving me to wonder if it was the fact that I was a male or maybe (hopefully not) because I am dark skinned. read more

This is a very nice Hobby Lobby. They have added a large section onto store a few years ago to make it even bigger. Can find just about anything here and their prices are quite reasonable. Always sales which is a big plus. The staff is not always very friendly though. Have had a few times where not very helpful and not very friendly on registers. That is why I cannot give 5 stars. All in all though we tend to go to this store a lot. read more

I have LOVED shopping at Hooby Lobby, but I will no longer. I'm very disturbed by Hobby Lobby's lawsuit attempting to deny women access to some forms of birth control. I'm not shopping at Hobby Lobby until they drop this lawsuit, and I hope no one else will either. What kind of birth control a woman uses is definitely not her employer's business. I am so dissapointed in this stance by a store whose major customer base is women! No more Hobby Lobby for me! read more

As far as the store goes this is probably one of the best, most clean, most organized Hobby Lobby's I've been to. It is very new, clean and bright. I find things I'm not even looking for. The big downside that I've run into with this location, is all about the check out. They do not have a system, and you always, Always end up spending more time checking out in line then you did looking in the store. Don't ever go here if you need to be out in a hurry. The worst part is they usually only have 2 cashiers, which is crazy for a store this size. The other crazy thing is that the sales are not pre-loaded into a computerized system, they have to manually look up everything from a sales flyer that has thousands of items. I'm disappointed by Hobby Lobby's lawsuit attempting to deny women access to some forms of birth control. As an early childhood educator I rely on craft stores to buy many of my needed teaching supplies. Hobby Lobby was one of the stores that I used to get my materials at frequently, especially since there are few other craft businesses in my area. However, I'm not shopping at Hobby Lobby until they drop this lawsuit even if it means having to drive farther to find a different company to buy through. read more
