Countless times - I literally cannot count - I have had a long-planned infusion canceled because the company came up with a new hurdle they decided they'd like to implement. The staff is rude, inconsistent, and just utterly incompetent. The services that *have* been delivered have always been done so on an e emergency basis - somebody literally escalates up to a high enough level that something finally gets done. I literally don't know from week to week whether my planned infusion will go forward, and this is no way for a sick person to live. Fuck this company from the bottom of my heart.
