I signed up and was encouraged to schedule a meeting so that Dr. Bancroft can get to know me. I've been there twice now for myself and have appreciated every thing about this office and staff. The wait to see doctor is barely a min or two after your scheduled appointment time. Jillian who works with Dr. Bancroft is always nice and welcoming as well when you first come in. Dr. Bancroft really spends a lot of time with you and you definitely do not feel rushed at all. He takes his time to explain everything to you. I appreciate his bedside manner and how thorough he is in considering all the possible reasons. They have an app that you can access your medical record, they also have an electronic messaging system that is HIPAA compliance where you can "text" the doctor/staff. I've tried to reach them for illness questions as well as scheduling and found this to be extremely helpful; the staff has been very responsive too. This office just opened in the last few months in a new building so things are newer and nice. There is designated parking in their garage under the building - which is a plus in that area. I've recommended Dr. Bancroft to a few coworkers as well as family members. I'm so glad that we (my family) now has access to a great doctor and services.

Whereas it used to be a full IV with 6 things in it. They changed their hours dramatically so their cut down. After my 6 month membership was up with them and I cancelled it in person at Prime IV, I just saw I was still billed this month. When I discontinued my membership already. All said and done it's nice, but heavily overpriced for what it is. And some of the promised for some of the things they offer are far fetched for certain as well. It's comfortable on the massage chair. The IV takes about an hour. With my membership I was supposed to get a B vitamin shot 2x a month as well. I think out of the 6 times I went I received 2 b shots. Rather than 12. After the change of hours, unless you aren't employed, the hours are not very beneficial for anyone except maybe the employees. It's tranquil, it's not a weight loss substitute for working out. It's not a hangover cure, it's not allot of the things they claim. It's being hydrated with about a liter of fluids, getting lots of B vitamins. Something for nausea which the sublingual version of it that's ultra cheap is just as good. Toradol taken orally can be just as effective for aches and pains. It's allot of hype, because it's an enormous money maker.

Responsive with their phone calls and flexible scheduling. Had a small seating area with magazines. The space was bright and clean -- minus the table of magazines. I filled out some basic paperwork before getting called in. From there, I spoke with Mike, discussed my problem areas and pain. Treatment room was also small, but clean. Had one of those beds or massage tables to lie down on. He was patient, listened without interrupting, and encouraged me to be as detailed as possible. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him as he examined my posture and body. He took the time to explain things to me, how the body worked, some reasons for my own personal pain, and did a general scope of what he would recommend for me in the future, such as some exercises for balance, some PT, and if things progressed or got worse, he could send me for a scan. I liked his approach, always trying to get to the root of the problem, and not once did he throw out a prescription for medication. I could tell it was more important to work on the body, strengthen it, to get rid of the pain entirely, not mask it. He also listened as I asked questions, what workouts were good, what to avoid, etc. I have not had the time to go back as of yet, as I have been in the middle of a move, but he's someone I would feel confident seeing again on a consistent basis.

My OB decided to put me on Blisovi 24 fe, I took it for 3 weeks, and developed extreme panic attacks and paranoia. When I reported these symptoms, she told me to discontinue use immediately and asked if we should try going back on what I was on for years. I asked her for an Endocrinologist recommendation instead to assess if I have an imbalance, she refused to give me a referral so I mentioned I would just get off what I'm on. Night 1 of discontinuing Blisovi 24 Fe I woke up in a nocturnal panic attack and full body shakes for an hour straight. It was the most terrifying experience of my life. My OB tells me when I reported this to her that it couldn't have been the birth control and "she's not sure what to say, sorry". She said that there's no way I could've had these side effects with just being on the medication 3 weeks even though there's hundreds of reports online of this happening to others. The providers here seem to not be able to care less about the real side effects and challenges of their patients putting in the work to find a pill that works for them. The front desk staff is incredibly rude, the first time I called asking for an appointment she answered with "Um, ok???" And "What do you need? Hello?" within the first minute. Don't go here.

I have had the last negative experience I'm going to allow myself to have here. After two years of…read morechances, I am done. Skip to the last paragraph of this review for the bottom line. Let's talk only about my most recent experience, and not the other four visits in the last two years where two different doctors and a tech were rude and sarcastic and the front desk overcharged me, threatened a collection, and then sent me a refund check six months later once they came to agree that they did, in fact, overcharge me. My most recent visit: I made an urgent appointment. I was in extreme, inexplicable pain. I took notes and dated my observations in my phone so I could give the best rundown of my situation. When I offered that to dr Ayanna-something, she said "I'm not going to look at that." Like why not? I came in with such pain and anxiety I could barely speak. Let her know I'm in extreme pain and what my anxieties are and instead of reassuring me that she'll be as careful as possible and generally, y'know, exercising bedside manners, she says "well, I'm not just going to pretend to forget everything I learned in school, so if you're not going to let me do what I need to do there's no point in moving forward." And "I'm not going to prescribe you medication just because you said so."...wtf?? Nobody even asked her for medication. I'm not a narc scamming for pills. Then, she continues to lecture me about how she's not going to accommodate the fact that I'm in pain and she's going to do what she has to do and basically I need to suck it up. Just imagine yourself in my situation--completely out of the blue, extreme pain...anxiety...asking a medical professional for reassurance...and they respond with sarcasm and essentially say your primary concern (severe pain) is not their primary concern. Disgusting. I very nearly walked out of the office, but I was very torn between how much pain I was in and how terrible this doctor was (yeah, it was that bad of an experience). Fast forward to the actual exam, I am literally in tears and fighting a knee jerk reaction to leap in pain and she has the AUDACITY to say to me that "I think your pain is more anxiety related and not as bad as you think."....ARE YOU INSANE??? So this medical dr makes a weak and presumptuous assessment of my situation and then has the nerve to invalidate my statement of symptoms and tell me it's mostly all in my head. The words I have to describe that kind of horrible unprofessionalism are not even appropriate for yelp or google. On the flip side of the exam, she says not a word to me on my way out the door--not a "get well soon", or a "we'll follow up in three days to see if the course of treatment is working as intended."...she just walks out, fills out paperwork, and I leave. Two final points: on my check in, I clicked that I wanted a chaperone in the room for the exam. During my exam, no third party was present. And on my file when I received a copy, it had been input that I "declined chaperone." That is a wrong input of information and a patients' rights violation, I'm sure. Secondly, once again, their credit card machine didn't work when I came in, so I couldn't reconcile my co-pay for the visit and should wait to be billed whenever they get to it. I asked for a complete copy of my file and sat in my car in the parking lot while I researched better doctors. In my 1.5+ years of experience, this office is populated by rude, sarcastic, aggressive staff with no bedside manners and poor billing practices. I will never go back there again and neither should you.

I have recovered well from both a knee and shoulder replacement, one following the other in a few months,and had therapy with Kris before and after the procedures. My husband is dealing with a chronic condition requiring therapy over a long period and Kris has provided wonderful support and assistance to him. I cannot say enough about Kris' responsiveness, encouragement, and very calm demeanor. He listens well to all our concerns freely offering helpful suggestions. Marcus, Jordan and John have been very helpful as well seeing to it that we are being cared for. This Twin Boro facility offers an efficient and friendly environment where everyone seems willing to pitch in. The office staff including Anastasia, Jan, Stephanie and Nicole are always friendly and willing to work with us and our changing schedules. There were several times when there were 6-10 patients there with only 1 or 2 physical therapists. The PT assistants were not good. They would approach me and ask "what exercises did you do last time"? Never checking my file or consulting with my "PT". I also thought that the staff had excessive conversations with each other about sports, places to eat and their weekends. I felt like I was at a "frat party" several times. Unprofessional in my opinion. They did not focus on the patients. They were quick to assign several exercises and then leave you to do them never supervising or checking if you were doing the exercises correctly. In addition, loud music was playing every time I was there ...the manager constantly changing it and checking in with the staff to see if they liked it. Really? The last appointment I had was a Friday at 3. There were 7 patients there while a baby shower (or some sort of party) going on during business hours!!!!!! All PT's and assistants were enjoying the party while we were sitting there for over 15 minutes waiting to start out session - SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I shared this with my Ortho Doctor and he said this was the only place he herd "not so good" things about this palce.
