It had rained earlier in the am! :) Had an issue with the garage opener and light and the dining room lights. B/c my home is an older home (60's).. electrical issues may or may not need some updates. Rob was very frank and honest! And that's what you need and want with service. They both checked out the electrical unit and its lines and advised that there's a few more years for usage before the need to replace it. B/c as you all know, replacing anything can become costly! So I truly appreciate their honesty and not sales talking me to change/update my electric. There weren't any severe issues found. Rob truly tries to diagnose the problem and then comes up with strategies to resolve the issue. If one strategy doesn't work, he has a back up strategy/path! That I truly appreciate! I had to throw out a carpet, remove the linoleum flooring and clean up the black mold that was under the flooring. Edison sent someone out 2 weeks after I reported the incident - with black mold I couldn't wait for them so I had to clean up the mess myself. They looked at the pictures that I took and said they would offer annual service for 2 years to make up for it. That was MONTHS ago and I haven't heard a peep from them.
