I wanted this so there were less cars but also so people could enjoy themselves without having to drink and drive, or even worry about it. I had a confirmed reservation for a RETURN trip and the driver was TOO far away to get us? When I texted him multiple times to call the company to get us, he played the child's game of ignored me. There's nothing more helpless than being stuck in the mountains with no ride. So bottom line, if you want completely unprofessional and unreliable service, please call these guys.
