He made…read moreno preparations before going to court, to the point where he asked me what questions to ask the plaintiff, as well as questions to ask me. One of the months in question, I wasn't even in the state. I had documentation to demonstrate that fact, which he never even presented in court, so I now have to pay for a month when I was 1500 miles away... and the landlord was aware that I had moved out. Being in court with him representing me was both painful and embarrassing. Del Tufo has no business being a lawyer.
