I went back to them for selling my property. I would regret this forever. To begin with, I am not a new client, and on the day of closing, he had no clue about my immigration status or SSN/tax details or basic details about my husband. If a title company suggests something, he is supposed to back me up according to my needs, but he failed on it miserably representing me. The cherry on the cake: After all the mess, when I asked him what went wrong, why was he not on the top of the game... his classic response was... a terrible unprofessional word #@!$%&****, you guys got your check, now you may hit the door and never come back into my office. From the beginning they were off and late to the party from the attorney review to the closing where the paper work for closing didn't even get there till after closing was finished! I was told and in writing 1 price and at the end was doubled!! I paid for a service that the title company and I did 90% of the work!! Oh, I forgot to mention when I called to try and straighten out the problem they had with the title company and closing the told the title company that they will keep hanging up on me if I call again and that I give them a headache and they are going home. Really!!! and then to charge me double at the end. I knew there had to be something sneaky going on. They wouldn't put their fee on the closing sheet just put poc where the amount should have been and never responded to my email on how much and how would they like to get paid. Snakes!!!! When I went to the office the next day to give them a check and ask for the amount. Brian the one me and the title company were on the phone with the night before said he never spoke with us. Really!! ok! So then I said I will wait till I get my total to give them the check. Double!! That's why they were being sneaky!!! My realtor & the title company both said I should have never paid them, that they did nothing!!! I even took care of the solar lease and transfers all myself!!! lol They wasted their own time when I told them most of the information already. They never told me when the amount was over what we agreed too and I signed off on. yet they wanted to be paid double!!! Never use this law firm. If you do you will be ripped off!!
