James Meadows was my first call shortly after receiving my ticket. He promptly responded to my inquiry, provided me an upfront price, gave me a straightforward way to pay, and explained to me what he can, cannot do and what to potentially expect and not expect. His communication is clear and concise. His level of professionalism and integrity is phenomenal, at least in my experience. He went above and beyond while trying to do everything in his ability to get my tickets dismissed however, he was not able to do so not because of anything he did or didn't do but just because NYC does not plead tickets down and 99.9 % of the time the police officers show up in addition to their verbal deposition there's also the body cam footage and other evidence that is very hard and difficult to get thrown out. Despite a partial negative outcome, he was able to secure a warning from the judge instead of a suspension in addition to the points, which is my eyes is a good outcome thanks to James!
