That is out of their control, which I understand. However, I was told for almost 2 weeks to "call tomorrow" and that the part "should be in our hands today". Obviously this didn't happen, and I felt frustrated being told again and again that the part is coming today and the car should be ready tomorrow. Overall I am satisfied with the work that they did and happy with the price of the service (even though I'm not paying it directly). I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened.
