I was referred here by Liberty Mutual after being rear-ended while parked in a parking lot and I am so happy that they did. I arrived for my estimate on time and they were ready for me. We were greeted like we were old friends which put us immediately at ease. The office was small but very clean with a big display case on the wall which kept my grandson busy looking at all of the model cars in it. It took about 15 minutes for the inspection and we set up an appointment which was only a few days away. Drop off was quick and easy with all of the procedures and probable time frames explained again just as they were at the estimate. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair by text which I really appreciated. When the repairs were done, I was notified by phone. The truck was parked close by in the lot so I was able to check out the work before going into the office. All of the damages were repaired in a fantastic way. The work was beautifully done. Check out was quick and easy (except for the copay which wasn't their fault). All of my questions were answered and the insurance paperwork completed quickly. I hope I never again need a collision shop but if I do this is where I'll go. There is no one better. read more

The staff at Ventura's are friendly, polite, and efficient. They treated me like an old friend. They took care of all the paperwork and made arrangements with the rental car company so that I could get to work ontime. They did exactly what they said they would do and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Ventura's is a family operation and I highly recommend them. This review is going to sound too good to be true but it is. My daughter had a deer run into the side of her Honda Civic. The previous body shop I used retired so I was looking for a new place. After reading Yelp reviews for collision shops I selected Ventura's based on the reviews. I wasn't disappointed. I talked to Samantha and the first words out of her mouth were "is your daughter okay?" I knew I was at the right place. I took the car there for an estimate. The place is immaculate. At the time I couldn't open the driver's door. Samantha had a tech fix that right away. Everything after that was a breeze. They dealt with the insurance and all the other little things that go along with a repair. When my daughter picked up her car she said they even fixed a few little things like resetting the tire pressure warning. If I have a need for a collision shop in the future you can bet I will be using Ventura's. Samantha and Bonnie are true professionals and make a difficult time easy to get through. [This review is for the estimate process only.] Went to Ventura's for an estimate on Mom's Lexus which -- because I'm an idiot -- was the victim of a driveway fender-bender. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and professional. Dave -- the owner -- eyeballed the damage *from inside the office* and wound up being bang-on with the formal estimate (which was done by someone else). I didn't go with Ventura's because the parts prices and labor/paint hours are strictly by-the-book. The only difference between Ventura's estimate and the Lexus dealer's estimate was the hourly labor/paint rate, which was only 10% less ($45/hour vs. $50/hour). Was really torn, because I'd rather give my money to a local business than to a big corporation, but I ultimately decided I'd rather have body work done by a shopt that specializes in Lexi... read more

I was exasperated with the search by the time I called and she was incredibly helpful. She connected me with X-Treme Auto Glass and I had the windshield fixed within a day. What a wonderful experience I had with this business. My vehicle sustained damage to the front end as a result of a deer running into the roadway. From the start, Ventura's staff were courteous and efficient. They communicated with my insurance carrier and made all required arrangements for a car rental. I was updated on the repair work regularly. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked brand new (it's a 2006). It was apparent that they had cleaned and buffed the entire vehicle. I just had my car repaired here! It was rear end damage and pretty extensive. The people in the office were amazing, friendly and very organized. The body shop people were more than willing to answer any questions I had as well as show me step by step pictures of what they did to repair my car! My experience here could not have gone better. I was really dreading this whole process as I was not using insurance for some silly damage that I caused to my car involving my garage door. That's all I'm going to say about it... Anyway, my own dealer (Toyota) sent me to their Nissan brother for the estimate and work. I was already disappointed. Well, I had to make an appointment for the estimate, which was very high, and leave the car overnight for the work. I decided to get a "second opinion" and went to Ventura's. What a difference! You simply arrive during their business hours, I got a signed estimate, my parts arrived in a couple days, they called me and I WAITED WHILE THEY INSTALLED THEM! And everyone could not have been nicer. By the way, the price was about half as much as the dealer. I sometimes worry that as an older woman I may get taken advantage of in an area I am not well versed in (cars!) but that never crossed my mind here. read more
