They were the wrong arrangement, I got roses and Lillys when he had chosen sunflowers. Was told there was an issue with their system and I would be followed up with for a resolution. After I had not heard back regarding a resolution. I Called back before closing, the lady I spoke with was rude, would not answer my request for a resolution time frame or refund. Placed me on mute until the store closed, then hung up on me. I would not recommend anyone due business with this florist.
