Great customer service! I picked up the beautiful flowers I ordered to deliver myself and I then noticed the vase was cracked and leaking after I got to the hospital. I tell them who it's for, the occasion and add any must haves, i.e., include Hydrangeas or NO roses. For instance, today, I called to order flowers for a family friend. I called and gave them the instructions above. Within 3 hours, they delivered to my building and left the box on so I could transport the flowers later to our family friend. I ordered a casket spray from designs east for my mom's funeral. I was researching these sprays and found this florist by visiting their website. The website had lots of options and the spray that I picked was absolutely what I was looking for in terms of color, type and size. They delivered it on time and it was fresh. It was absolutely stunning. It was way more beautiful than even the website presented. In comparison to a lot of the other flowers from other florists, it was the best. I really wish I had ordered more from them because they were beautiful. The flowers in the arrangement were bigger and brighter than any of the others. From this point forward I will continue to order from designs east because the arrangement was unique and it was just beautiful. The pricing was better than other places as well. The flowers were fresh & gorgeous (picture included) and looked exactly as was advertised.. there is an additional $15 delivery fee, so be aware of that. They would not make it right, and in fact laughed it off. I'm sorry, someone died and we wanted to pay our respects, so you should be as sensitive and proactive as a company.
