Dr. Allie Miller is an absolute godsend…read more When my five-year-old daughter was terrified of going to the dentist--even for a basic checkup--and other dentists immediately recommended full sedation for her cavities, Dr. Miller was the one who truly listened to me as a mom. She took the time to understand both my concerns and my daughter's fears. From the moment we walked in, she made my daughter feel comfortable and safe. Her calm, gentle approach put her at ease right away. Amazingly, she was able to fill two cavities in one visit--and my daughter left with nothing but positive things to say. She's now actually looking forward to going back! I highly recommend Dr. Allie to any family, especially if your child is anxious about dental visits. If you're hoping to avoid sedation and want a pediatric dentist who will listen and respect your concerns, she is truly one of the best. We are so grateful we found her.

The staff is friendly and wonderful. Kat, the dental assistant, is great with the kids. My toddler loves that he can watch his favorite cartoons upside down from the "green chair". Every station he gets a little something to positively reinforce his participation in the experience (stickers, little toy, and of course, he got to pick what kind of toothbrush he wanted). Doctor Allie and her team just know what they are doing. Even when making the appt, they are patient and flexible. My toddler (and I) actually enjoy going- and I don't know many that can say that about a dentist's appt.

This office was recommended to me by my pediatrician (Doc Pam) and man... it's AWESOME here. In…read morefact, I am super jealous I didn't have a dentist like this when I was growing up. There is so much for kids to do in the waiting area (movie room, game room, etc) that it doesn't make me dread waiting for appointments like I usually do when I go to the doctor. They were even doing a cute scavenger hunt last time we came in and my son loved it and won a prize! How cute! Even though there is lots to do while you wait I found the wait time to be quite reasonable... maybe 15 minutes at max? The doctor is fantastic and is great with kids. The nurses are too. They taught us some great techniques to get my kid to brush his teeth and we have been using these tips ever since. My son has been a proud member of the no cavities club for two years now. Looking to keep the streak going. Thank you, Dr. Troy!

What a great experience. Went here for a consult about crooked teeth for my 2yo and the staff from…read morefront desk to the dentist himself were welcoming, honest, quick, and efficient. The sad part is that the visit wasn't covered by insurance. The office is clean, there are toys for the kids, there is even a prize machine for after. My little one left content with her experience (no tears) and I felt good in such great hands. The doctors bedside manner is impeccable and the honesty is much appreciated. Checkout was a breeze too!

However, it cleared out quickly and they had Nickelodeon playing on the TV to keep all the children occupied. Only a 30 minute wait, which is standard for dentistry appointments. I've honestly waited longer at my own dentist office for my own appointments. Once in the back, Cheyenne was amazing. So patient and great with my 2yr old and 3yr old. Then Dr. Behzadi came in and was also very gentle. For anxious children, there are tv's in the rooms, positioned just above the chairs. My 2yr old ultimately was fine, but was a little nervous, so being able to watch Paw Patrol while having her teeth cleaned was a big help for her. All in all, we were in and out pretty quickly once we actually got seen, and the total time in office was only one hour. Not bad for two children. Also, after being seen, you are given a token which the children can use to get a toy out of the prize machine. Which of course excited them very much.

THIS IS A REVIEW FOR PARENTS OF TODDLERS/YOUNG KIDS…read more The complaint I have is actually regarding the way they approached my toddler's care. 1. Asked on the phone if they could treat a young child of two years (the answer on the phone was yes, and to bring them in during my appointment). However when I arrived with them they seemed to be very uncomfortable with a young child and the doctor actually didn't look at their teeth, but instead one of the hygienists who "used to work at a pediatric dentist" did. 2. The teeth staining I had concern about (because they can lead to decay and infection) I was told was not a big concern. I was also advised against using fluoride toothpaste and to keep brushing their teeth using baby toothpaste. No additional instructions were given until they could spit better. At the time I felt informed and that my concerns were answered, but this was me putting too much trust in them I think, and how they present themselves as a "family dentistry for all ages". 3.My toddler now has two cavities because of following this advice (or lack of advice). I tried to do the right thing and go to a professional in advance, but I didn't get that here. I am extremely disheartened and wish I had skipped this place and brought my child to a pediatric dentist back then. My toddler is very likely facing oral surgery now because I was given false assurance that things were fine. *Please if you are a parent concerned about your young toddlers teeth look into a pediatric dentist first or at least make sure the doctor will actually look at your child's teeth as he didn't look at my child's directly. You could save yourself from a very unwanted and preventable situation!* My care for my own teeth was very good here, which is why it makes me especially sad that this situation happened because it seems as though they are kind enough and skilled enough but simply didn't take the situation seriously for my child . I have no issues with the care of my teeth, but I would never recommend this place for a young child's care based on my experience.
