I have been to this office three times by now and I am very pleased. I moved from another state…read moreabout two years ago and was very skeptical in coming to a new dentist, especially because I had been with my previous dentist for years. It was very easy and convenient when making the initial appointment for my daughter and myself. When I came in for the first time, Leslie, kindly greeted us and was genuinely excited to have us on "board". The office had a welcome greeting at the front desk welcoming new patients by their first name. My daughter seeing her name up there was very excited! The first apt. was very informative and went very well. Upon check-out I was given (and was also explained) a very detailed sheet of the work I needed, with cost, and descriptions. I do not think the office was trying to rip me off (as someone commented to that effect here) because it's work that I am well aware I had been needing. In between my first and second appt. I needed a refill on my antibiotics and the office staff was very helpful. Of course they asked normal questions to make sure that's what I needed but they helped me with enough to get me by until it was time for my third appt. with Dr. Burch. Shortly after I came in for my second appt. and again, Leslie greeted me very cheerfully and remembered me from the first appt. and even asked how my daughter was. I felt like I had known her for years when in fact it was the second time I had seen her. I was very impressed and felt very welcome, I felt like a person, and not just someone the office wants to bill. So, yesterday was my appt. with Dr. Burch for a root canal treatment and him and his assistant (Kim?) were the kindest people I've worked with. Or, that have actually worked with me. I've had three other root canals done and although I like my former endodontic, I am very pleased with them and the work they did. They (both) made sure I understood and was well aware of everything that was going on before and after the treatment. The only honest complaint I have is that 3/4 of the way into the treatment the anesthesia began wearing off and when I let him know he said he was almost done, which it was okay, but I felt almost everything afterwards and by the time I came out of the office I was in so much pain I could barely open my mouth for the next 4 hours. I guess I would have liked a little more anesthesia to avoid feeling so much pain so soon after the root canal work. Anyhow, this is the longest review I've ever written because I don't have much time to sit and do these things but I am so impressed and happy with this office that I felt the need to. There is another girl at the front desk that has also been so kind and helpful and I always fail to get her name; she is light skinned, green/blue eyes, reddish hair.

I had paperwork to fill out. I the office provided complimentary drinks in the lobby. After my paperwork work was completed I was able to go to the back to get a full scan of my mouth. It was in 3D with color. I was a bit skeptical because of my experience at sage dental but they said not to worry. After going over some of my goals for my smile I felt so relaxed. The dentist understood everything and answered all of my questions. After that I got to relax and watch my show on Netflix because they had TVs mounted on the ceiling while you get your cleaning done. Now the cleaning was such a peaceful moment. She cleaned my teeth with so much care. There were three flavors of toothpaste for the cleaning. I got to try the cinnamon and one other. I really enjoyed the cinnamon but decided to stick with the other that I cannot recall. I even got walked out and was gifted a tumbler too. I absolutely love my new dental office.

I had gone to another dentist and they tried to put in two crowns because I supposedly had two cavities when I never had any issues. I searched for another dentist to get a 2nd opinion. I praised this office to my colleagues and I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new dentist office. :)

I would caution anyone that would like to become a patient to please spend the extra time looking at these for a clearer picture of the practice. Our child became a patient based on the recommendation of our family dentist. That's all the research we did. The sales process was fine; informative; and, full of disclaimers and limitations that we didn't understand; but, nonetheless expected. And, the price was in line with our expectations. Our child's teeth were a mess, with more than a few missing adult teeth; baby teeth that would not come out; an overbite; and, the like. Through it all, we endured endless waits, rushed services, beratings from the doctor, late times, extended times; and, form after form to sign up for more services, such as whitening, retainer insurance and the like, which we never did. Worst of all, we received conflicting information regarding "the plan" and many times from the same doctor that had provided the update the visit prior. We were not told why certain things were recommended or not. And, we eventually had to make an appointment with an oral surgeon to finally get the full picture. Our child's teeth are straighter; and, are in retainers. We have only 1 more retainer set that the practice is under contract to deliver to us. At this point, we are going to transfer to another orthodontist and will simply pay for the retainers needed over the next few years. The implants are coming; and, that's going to be up to 10 times more than the braces ever were, so we are preparing for that. If we'd been treated with as much empathy and respect during the services as we had received during the sales process, this would have been a 5-star review. Almost all of the employees are great; but, the turnover is immense. It's the professional staff; and, the turnover with doctors that have frustrated us. Also, the long waits before and during treatments served only as major irritants.

Terrible from start to finish…read more Before my first appointment, the office was shut down for 2-3 weeks I believe something major happened. Almost like the board demanded shut down due to an issue that may have occurred. Boy do I wish I had took this as a sign. When my first issue with the office occurred, I sent a text to their portal stating something along the lines of "I see why they shut you guys down, they should do it again" EDNA, then called me literally yelling. I'm not even exaggerating when I say this woman was yelling at me for saying that comment and then threatened me with "I CAN HAVE THE DOCTOR DISMISS YOU AND YOU'LL ONLY GET 20% OF YOUR PAYMENT BACK" Being that I had my braces on for 3 months at the time and paid them in full, I was in NO position in getting "dismissed" so I had to play the part well and apologize which is INSANE lol Fast forward to my 2nd last visit, I flew out from tx since I no longer live in FL. This visit was to do a scan for the removal/retainers.. The scanner didn't work lol can't make this up. No sorry, no empathy, nothing!! CAROLINA stated "well it's not working what would you like me to do?" In her very monotone way. I then asked to speak to the doctor because I paid $300 specifically to make it to this appointment and he got argumentative. He was laughing sarcastically and not allowing me to speak Till I finally said "allow me to speak, I'm The one who flew out here just for you guys not to be able to do absolutely anything other than reschedule me" After I left, I asked them to release me since I no longer live in FL and found a much better doctor that was willing to remove the braces and complete the work, only if Dr.lach provided a letter of approval. Took a week to hear back just for Edna to let me know that Dr.lach said no because he wants to finish the work himself. I told her no worries, I'll leave a review on yall. She then bribed me by offering the teeth polishing for free in lieu of a good review. They ended up telling me they don't recommend I do the teeth polishing on the DAY OF but still gave me the options to do it if I wanted to. I just said forget it, I'll gladly pay the money else where. Keep Your free procedure that probably would've came out a hot mess. And you know what, I honestly was going to give them some grace and leave a better review and not share as much of the negative but then during my last visit (YESTERDAY 9/16/25) For some reason I was not scheduled for the teeth polishing. After waiting 40 minutes I asked the receptionist how much longer so he went to check with Brad and BRAD responded "idk, Edna scheduled her not me" He said it in a way as if I was such a bother and loud enough for Me to hear it. That was the last straw for me. I stood quiet and calm which I'm typically not the type to do so. He's very passive aggressive. I knew I no longer had to deal with any of them going forward. I have left out about 80% of the issues I have experienced because it's been so many. But when I say it has been a nightmare from start to finish.... I am not exaggerating!! The only positive I can think of is that they would squeeze me in last minute, but typically had to speak with Edna and pretty much beg them to see me. So I do appreciate them squeezing me in last minute here & there. So here you go, here's your honest review. Do better. EDIT: notice Dr.lach's response to all the negative reviews! No apology, no empathy, no remorse, no accountability!! I'll patiently wait for his response to my review to further prove my point here. RESHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

I went to pick up my retainers and had a disappointing experience. First off, this happened over a month ago, so things may have changed. They have you call from outside to get your temperature checked, and make sure you're wearing a mask prior to entering. There is spacing of lobby chairs to help maintain a safe distance- which is really great during COVID times. What was unfortunate was hearing a patient talking to the staff member at the front desk, whose was wearing her mask under her nose, and complaining about "Dr." Fauci and the fact that COVID deaths were being over-reported for doctors and hospitals to get more money. This went on and on as I looked at others sitting in the waiting room and we all shook our heads. Why have us go through the motions when you won't wear your mask properly and are going to be very vocal about how it's not a real thing? It was highly offensive as I know people who have passed because of COVID and it's highly unprofessional in a doctor's office. I was called to the back and the technician was wonderful. I vented to her and she was clearly unhappy with what they'd been saying. She let me know that she alerted Dr. Dann to this and he was going to address it. I really appreciated her. As I was leaving and passing another desk to pay, the woman at that desk was wearing her mask under her chin. She had it under her chin last time I was in the office too, but I figured I'd caught her at a bad moment, so I didn't think too much of it. Seeing her with it like that again was a bummer. Especially since the dental techs are in full PPE and all patients are wearing masks. I know we've all had to adjust to this time and I know wearing the mask for an extended period of time is not great, but I wear my mask to protect those around me and, in a doctor's office, I expect that same respect and not to have to hear someone's opinion on "*doctor*" Fauci (she said making parenthesis with her fingers). Otherwise, my previous review stands and I had a great experience, but this left a sour taste in my mouth.
