Excellent service! We have been renting my daughter's violin from Hoffman Strings for almost a year now. So when the schools closed due to the pandemic my daughter was unable to have her violin tuned by her orchestra instructor. Then in the beginning of May, I noticed that Hoffman Strings was open because they are an essential service so I drove to their location and Mr. Hoffman graciously tuned her violin. Bill did a great job fixing my guitar. I wasn't sure if he would be able to, as he doesn't have that service advertised, but I gave him a call and to my surprise, was more than happy to do it. The bridge on my guitar was separating from the body, and guitar center wanted to ship my guitar off-site. Bill did it in-store in just a few days.
