His crew did great work in the attic, however they used the wrong type of ladder to gain access into the attic. This caused the ladder to come crashing down in my bedroom, causing damage to my closet, and breaking a piece of molding. Unfortunately, this happened just after I had paid Mike for the work. He assured me they would come out to fix the damage. I have contacted them three times since then. I've been cancelled on twice, and the third time they never showed up.

At the end of the 30 days when they came to get the traps they just complained that the rodent activity was too light to do anything and that they were not going into the attic to seal anything because it would take awhile to locate the source. Tennant explained that the neighbors directly next door were the source and they still refused to check the connecting attic wall for holes and gaps the rodents were traveling between. Workers sent by company were reportedly uneducated and unfamiliar with our case as Tennant had to keep repeating everything at each appointment. Felt like a bait and switch situation.
