With the owner, manager, and chef all actively involved in the restaurant, there's a real sense of pride in both the food and the customer experience. There's plenty of free parking, it's easy to get in and out, and you're welcomed into a clean, inviting dining room with bright, vibrant colors. I ordered the birria tacos, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. They come with a rich, flavorful consommé for dipping--it's like the French dip of the taco world. Every bite was packed with flavor, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone visiting. As I looked around the dining room, every dish heading to neighboring tables looked fresh, colorful, and beautifully prepared.
