Towards the end of dinner, which took quite long given what we were working with, our server was changed, without notification, to someone else who was very attentive, kind and quick. Wish we'd had him from the start. Unfortunately, I must also question the hygiene and safety of the place. Not just the dripping AC, but most importantly the silverware situation. Because our server kept forgetting to bring us utensils, we got up to grab them from buckets near the buffet, as we saw other people doing so. The silverware was spotted, and because people are sticking their entire hands in there to grab stuff for whatever reason....we weren't too happy with that. We actually used hand wipes a friend brought to try and sanitize our utensils at the table. It would be nice if management got rid of that entirely and had silverware at the table when you sat down, or servers who brought it to you when asked. Also, at the buffet line I almost tripped on a giant wet spot. There was no warning sign on it and I didn't bother telling our first waiter since he was brushing us off anyways. One of my friends and I got sick that night after eating here. I don't want to accuse the restaurant of being the direct cause, since the food and drinks themselves tasted good at the time, and our other friend didn't get sick. But we are all thinking about those gross utensils... Unfortunately we don't feel comfortable going back after our experience.
