Chances are they're going to have what you're looking for, and more than likely in stock. There are other outdoor lifestyle chains out there, but none that measure up to the outdoor/wilderness environment that Cabela's has. From its rustic, natural(ish) décor to the outdoor displays to wildlife exhibits, you really do get that "I feel like I'm out in the woods" vibe. While I've always been a fan of Cabela's, this summer we found that they carry my absolute favorite line of bird seed. I'm a birder and feed 6 to 8 different types of feed in my back year nearly year round, and the fact that they have my favorite brand (Harvest brand bird feeds), but A) in multiple varieties and 2) IN STOCK immediately made this my go-to place when I need bird seed. We used to have to visit 3 or more retail outlets to find what I needed, but not any more. This has got to be one of the largest Cabela's in existence. Seriously. I've been to a number of them but this one just seems ENORMOUS. It's also got an absolutely beautiful 'front door' that can be seen from the expressway nearby. As I wandered around trying to find my bird seed (it literally took me over 10 minutes) I passed a number of staff members helping others and stocking shelves. OH...and an aquarium. There's a freakin' AQUARIUM in this Cabela's. As if the animals and all the outdoor displays aren't enough, they add an aquarium.

The guys here know their stuff, and they're total bros as well (guys will understand). They'll give you an honest opinion about their product, which is really awesome. These dudes alone are enough to give this place 5 stars. But wait; there's more! All of the stuff they sell is magnificent. Seriously, it's great fly fishing equipment!! Plus, they offer a variety of lessons, so if you want to have fun on the river, you can do that. If you want to be serious on the river, you can do that as well. We're from California and I've been to many Dick's Sporting Goods, but never have I had the rudeness and disrespect that I experienced at this store. On the tag she printed out, it indicated it was a "Special Item" and "No Returns". I never even saw this until I brought it home. I was never told, (or shown) this item was non-returnable prior to purchasing it, and looking back I could tell the 2 workers knew they were doing something shady, and deceptive at the time. What kind of business does this??? In addition, the other item I purchased was priced at $100, but rung up for $110. I don't know what the deal with this store is, as I've never had issues with any other locations. I would say definitely buyer beware, and use caution if you do choose to shop here. Nothing! Contacted their Customer Service department. They offered no apology, no service, and no solution. It is obvious that the Manager Sue is lame and provided no training to the staff in service etiquette. I can say this as I have 5 years procurement experience in moving technology products for mid-sized businesses. This went on for a month [literally]. After the month went by they finally coughed up an ETA and announced it would be at least another 1/2 month before they would even have it. The sick part about it? They offered zero solution to me as the customer...even cancelled it. And worse, I went on the website to perform a mock order. And? The website provided no feedback the item was out of stock.
