This company definitely sold me a bad refrigerator or it was damaged in transit to me. The owner or employee (whatever he is) Germaine is very unprofessional. Tried to sale me another broken refrigerator for $200 and that was not acceptable to me. There is absolutely nothing me or my 5 year old daughter could have done to make a refrigerator completely malfunction. It was broken when it was sold to me. They told me my power could have went out, but that is not what caused the refrigerator issue. The DTE Repair Tech stated the compressor is bad and 9 times out of 10 it is due to the refrigerator being laid down during transit to my home. My power has never surged in the last 5 months. I would know because I work from home. Overall HORRIBLE experience. I always try and support small businesses, especially when they are black owned. This just left a bad taste in my mouth. I HIGHLY recommend having someone inspect your refrigerator, if you are going to purchase from them. They sold this to a young black single mom and now I can barely feed my child due to not having a refrigerator, YET AGAIN. I think the company knew it was broken and sold it anyway because I am a female and we are mostly taken advantage of when it comes to this type of stuff. BEWARE!

Anyways, everything is pretty dope, not a lot of selections to choose from, but still is a good bargain price. Didn't really find anything we fancied so we dipped. Why the one star? It's because the employees seem to not care about their patrons. We walked in and none of them even seemed to fix their masks in front of their customers. Not a care in the world, that's referring to every one I saw working the floor that day. All of them with their face masks under their chinni-chin-chin. Just exercising their "FREEDOM" to possibly infect my enclosed space with their lung droplets. This is disgusting,, I never want to get the Corona virus again. The damage to my front door won't be compensated for because while I submitted photos of the damage, I don't have pictures of my front door before the damage. Who just has pictures of their front door laying around? My home was purchased in excellent condition. And the photos of my damaged fridge don't matter either, that's a corporate issue. Corporate customer care can't do anything I need to speak to the regional manager. The regional manager, surprise surprise, can't be reached. What a trash company... Never again. edit: Management did reach out to me after I wrote this to offer me $100, so that's appreciated and I changed my score from 1 to 2 stars
