He called me back in about an hour and we discussed my need and his schedule. He gave me an exact price for the new remote and labor to program. His price was reasonable and well below other quotes I had received. We were able to find a time convenient for both of us, which aligned with an already scheduled trip to Mountain Home for this afternoon, even though it was late in the afternoon. We arranged a place to meet, and he suggested he do the work on programming the remote and cutting the emergency physical key while I was doing my business in town. He took about 45 minutes to do his work. (He says Infinitys are sometimes hard to get programmed, but he kept working with it to make sure everything worked.) His charge was exactly what he quoted. The new remote works well. I was very pleased with his service and would use him again without hesitation. I recommend him without reservation.

I ended up having to return the FOBs I bought. Greg was great trying to help me. He suggested I check the fuses so found out through my mechanic that the fuse to operate FOBs & operate the alternator was missing. Great job! He is experienced enough to know to start looking at fuses first for the problem. Can't thank him enough bc he kept me from having to buy a new alternator that the dealership said was bad.
