I was searching for a new grip for my Sig p365. It's a small gun and can be a little difficult to control. I bought a set of grips from them and they're great. For those of you with that gun they'll fit under the Lima laser switch.....No Problem. I even left my Fox rubber grips under the Hogue. Great customer service, ask for Kara extension 2. Terrible customer service. I ordered a pirhana grip at about 2pm on a Saturday, and after doing some further research decided that was not the right grip for my purposes. I sent en email a few hours later to cancel and reimburse my order BEFORE my order was processed or shipped. They sent me the item and charged me anyways. I called when I got the package and asked if they got my email to cancel the order, which they did, but said they processed it anyways and now I was responsible to ship it back to them. Paid 18$ from UPS to get it back to them for them still shipping an item that should have never shipped to me in the first place. They started saying "well you should have called us since you didn't get a reply via email", which I did and the offices were closed. Very unhelpful staff and quite unprofessional. read more

I own a Browning DBA, an early Sig P220. The manager had Sig P220 grips that would fit with some massaging. "I'm in town for 4 days I told him." "We can have these done today he said." I was visiting friends that day and couldn't return by closing. To forgo the DOJ paper work. He said he would deliver my gun to me at the address I was staying. At 4:00 it was dropped off. Love this place, products and pro shop employees. Brought my knife in for sharpening and they checked it out, fixed a problem with the release, lubed it and got it back to me in 2 hours. Sad place that isn't relevant in today's industry. Ar-15 parts are totally sub par. I wonder how much is actually American made anymore.

A few months ago my husband and I went to this store and had great customer service while exchanging a grip. Today on the other hand we went and found the doors locked before 5pm, their closing time is listed as 5pm. Not only were the doors locked but the clerks inside just looked at us when we tried to walk in. No apologies and no signs explaining the early closure. So I recommend you call before going so you don't waste you gas and time. read more

I have been using Hogue grips for many years on numerous firearms throughout my career . Recently I have them on two snub nose handguns. My wife had a problem with one side of the grip. Hogue was contacted to bring the small defect to their attention. Immediately Camille Anderson in Customer Service contacted us and we supplied her with additional details and photographs. Without question and not even asking.. Hogue and Ms Anderson remedied the situation. I will continue to be a Hogue Lifetime Customer and highly recommend them to everyone.
