Service was friendly. Loved the soft texture of the "snow". My flavor choices were very mild and could have been more sweet (lychee, guava, passion fruit) maybe I'll try different syrups next time. Shaved ice is yummy. Service is really slow. We were the only people here and it took 10 minutes to get our three $27 icees. It's also in a parking lot so ambiance could be better. read more

Nice refreshing treat on a hot day. I think the prices are a little high for basically ice and flavor, but the Hawaian shaved ice hit the spot. $15 for three orders. I asked for snow capped (condensed milk drizzled in top). I noticed after eating a third, when they were ready with my husband's order topped with the sno-cap, that mine did in fact not have it. We also asked for sour spray (sour taste) on my daughter's & they missed that too. So...I'll definitely check next time. I didn't bother correcting the omissions as it was still good and they were busy. Just irritating to pay extra $ and miss that component. The staff was friendly and there are about four tables for patrons. It's a Hawaiian Shave Ice "hut" and not an inside sit down kid of place, just so you know. Wish they had Adzuki beans, which is a common shaved ice ingredient in Hawaii and Japan. The sign said "authentic Hawaiian Shaved Ice", so I was expecting and looking forward to some...maybe some day. A neat little daytime or evening "dessert" for the family, though. read more

Shave ice as big as your head! 50 flavors! Add'l topping choices including "snowcapped" aka condensed milk drizzled on top, or served with ice cream INSIDE. This place is a delicious treat not to be missed! Their small serving is HUGE. But after finishing one, I almost considered I might want a medium the next time. Flavors are delicious, and not too sweet, and are well distributed through the entire mound of shave ice. Perfect for a warm day! Love that they have tables with umbrellas because these things are definitely not car friendly. And they even have a little hand rinse station for the inevitable sticky mess your children (definitely my children) will make of themselves. Quality of product is decent enough but the wait times are crazy long. Won't come again if it doesn't improve. 25 min for a snow cone... Update...tried again but the bottom line is that if you see just one person working, don't stop. It'll take forever and they know this. Thats why they take all the orders and money before the single employee starts to make a cone. We waited 10+ min plus while orders were taken before the employee started up the machines. They quality is 4 stars but service is a 1. If multiple employees are there then it's worth a try. read more
