This place and I have a very toxic relationship. I have given them so many chances .... Why they do me like that? For a while they exclusively had jelly instead of boba but advertised boba. Then they get boba and say they make it themselves but they're too big to go through the boba straws ... that they give you. And some are rock hard while others are slimy little slugs. For the price the consistency in flavors and what they're serving could be the same over time yet here I am ... burned again. This is the most amazing shaved ice that I've ever had in my entire 43 years LOL. They have an abundance of flavors. You start with your base layer of either vanilla ice cream, gummy worms or gummy bears, then you choose from a very large selection of syrups (you can pick up to three) you pick your topping which can be pop rocks, pixie stick, nerds, cream, chocolate, or caramel and viola a creation has been made. I was so excited to try out a new place and recommend it. Walked in and was impressed by what I saw. Noticed a piece of paper taped to their painted menu saying they were out of Boba, no worries. Sign said that a large chai was $4.50, they charged me $7.59! I mentioned the price on the sign, they said their prices had just gone up and they were waiting for their new sign. Mind you, I wasn't being rude or angry or yelling, I told them they should put up a paper sign because it is illegal to post one thing and charge higher. Told them no thank you, that was a bit steep for a beverage. Again, keeping it polite, it's not the servers fault. Turned around and man behind the counter on the other side started yelling and screaming about me "busting the chops of his employees" and how I should just "Invite myself to leave and never return". Talk about verbal assault, he kept yelling at me to leave - as I am walking toward the door, totally incredulous, can't even get a word in edgewise to say sorry or clarify... he tells me it is not illegal to charge higher than a sign (Ummm, yeah, it really is). He tells me prices are up on everything and he had just been to Sam's and I should try opening my own business - with a "get out" thrown in between each sentence. I said that I am a small business owner and I understa..... got no further, he said that he hoped my pricing was right and I should just leave. Mr. Small Business owner/manager/whoever you were: Times are tough, I get it. Prices are rising for everyone. You have a right and an obligation to run your business ethically and efficiently so you can make a profit. If business is down and prices are up, you have my sympathies. I get it. What you don't do when running a business is to verbally assault your customers because you are having a bad day. If you need to raise prices, by all means do, take a piece of paper, update your prices and put it over your current sign - stay legal and ethical. We used to be regulars when this was Yogo Mojo. They closed for over 6 months. When they reopened they had changed their name to Sugar and Ice and added Mountain Grind Coffee. We were actually looking forward to their re-opening. Until we went in and got 2 modest sized frozen yogurts for a blistering total of over $18.00!! Our typical serving prior them closing ran around $12.00. Sorry, but there's no way to justify $18.00 for 2 frozen yogurts. We won't be back. read more

Have been coming consistently for the last few months. Have generally had good experiences with the staff and the product. Until recently when we've had a few times that we've come an hour before closing; Once when they were closing at 10 and we came just after 9, and tonight when they are closing at 9 for some reason and we came at 8:05. The door was locked and my girlfriend knocked to tell the associate that it was only 8 and she rudely opened the door and said, "We closed early." My girlfriend proceeded to ask why and she rudely said, "Technical difficulties." and close the door. The woman tonight had a short white/blue fauxhawk and was extremely disrespectful as was the first. In both instances all they were doing was cleaning and performing their closing duties. Do yourself a favor and just don't develop a taste for this place. They're incredibly rude people. read more
