Chocolate covered strawberry mostly chocolate with a hint of strawberry, waffle cookie tasted just like a butter topped waffle ( wife and son favorite) Lemon glaze good needed a little more lemon glaze and semi sweet chocolate chip very good. Uber eats delivered great service. read more

My grandkids always say any Crumbl cookies when they come to visit. Staff is always nice, fast service, clean and yummy cookies!

Fun and yum cookie place. They have a bunch of flavors and the ones I ordered were Snickerdoodle, Milk Chocolate Chip, Reese's Cup, and one that tasted like a brownie but can't recall the flavor. I also ordered cookies and cream ice cream on the side. The vibe is definitely very trendy and cute. You order everything on the tablet and then voila it's here. The cookies were just a tad sweeter than I would like, but I enjoyed the Reese's one very much. I would highly recommend sharing or eating across multiple settings since it's really quite large. It smells so heavenly in here! First time going to this location and I can't wait to go back! They change cookie flavors weekly and this week I tried S'mores and Briscoff Lava!! Both were truly amazing!!! Both served warm! The s'mores cookie was a chocolate ship cookie with gram cracker crumbles and a melted marshmallow on top!! Served warm so it melted in your mouth! The Briscoff Lava cookie had a caramel drizzle on top, but wait, the best part was the middle! Cut it in half and caramel comes out! Served warm! I also got 4 mini chocolate chip cookies! All tasted amazing!! I absolutely love when the employees bring you your cookies and ask, "Are these your cookies?" While opening the box so you can see them! Truly a great experience and I can't wait for next weeks flavors!!! read more

Walked in and saw that the option to order a single cookie was greyed out on the iPad. We asked the staff why, they said it was because they were out of single cookie boxes and said we needed to order 4 cookies if we wanted anything. Asked if they could serve us a single cookie on a napkin or in a larger box and they very rudely said that wasn't possible. Zero problem solving abilities or desire to make the sale. read more

It is hit or miss at this location. Sometimes the cookies are absolutely incredible other times it's like whoever was making them didn't give a shit and your cookies are also smashed. I've had that happen numerous times. read more

As a single mother and a night nurse, it's hard to find places more inconvenient than the house or hospital, but this place has officially accomplished that. The cookies here are passable albeit expensive, but the true horror show of this establishment is the unbelievable (bad) service. When you walk in not even a smile or a glance is spared by the high and mighty employees. As you walk up to the counter you are turned away to order from a tablet instead of verbally, to keep the service as un-personable as possible I assume. And as you wait the employees quietly work around you and don't even acknowledge you, even if you tipped them 20%. Then your pre-made, undercooked cookies are handed to you with a grimace, as an award for all your trouble. As a single mother, I just want someplace warm and inviting to get sweet treats for the kiddos but this place is just cold and robotic. I have never seen my kids actually been discouraged from having fun while having a cookie. I know that I can't expect much from a chain, but for even just the sake of a tip, SMILE! I hope these employees either get a grip or a prescription for Zoloft and actually make a trip to Crumbl something to look forward to. read more

Crumble is so good! It's the perfect place to order delivery cookies when you have an after dinner craving. I've gotten Crumbl twice now and it was consistently great. They offer half pints of ice cream to go with your cookies which is the perfect amount as well as milk. The cookie flavors rotate- but some of my faves include the chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and a caramel coconut one. I haven't had a cookie of theirs I didn't enjoy and they are always fresh and melty. Highly recommend! read more

Um...Yum! This new cookie store is a great addition to Grand Junction! I've continued to think we need more dessert options here in town. Crumbl helps to fill that need for me. Their hours accommodate after work hours. They're not open before I go into work, which is a bummer, as it'd be an awesome treat to grab before headed into work. However, being open until 10PM or 12AM gives a lot of opportunities to those who work graves or are looking for a sweet treat after lunch or dinner. The website states they open at 10, but they were open at 8:30 this morning and other locations open at 8. So, I'd call first. Speaking of calling, Crumbl takes orders and offers curbside pick up, and even delivery! Pretty cool. The store is clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and we're excited to talk about their product. So, let's talk product. The cookies are delicious! About the size of a woman's hand, the cookies can be shared or eaten on one's own if they're hungry! Sold individually, or in boxes of 4 or 12, the cookies are packed special in adorable pink boxes. The staff can also place special stickers for birthdays, congratulations, and more! I'm looking forward to gifting some deliciousness in the future. Today, we bought two sugar cookies (soft, sweet, and iced with a smooth pink icing), a chocolate chip (chocolate chips galore), a Reese's (um...a gift for your mouth hole!), and a snickerdoodle (my fave--soft and chewy goodness!). Yes the cookies are good but when I ordered takeout, a delivery that should have been done when I got there to just take and go, it was not done. Why should we have to ask. I think if I order it online and I can't check in till a certain time then I would like my order to be done when I get there. read more

Cookies are amazing. Perfect cake to "cookie" ratio and amazing flavors in all 5. Ice cream was surprisingly good as well. Highly enjoyed the biscoff and Buckeye flavors. Would highly recommend this spot and would easily revisit. A+ read more

Ordered catering 4 days in advance. Waited far too long for them to finish my order. (No apology) Manager was going to give me 82 single and said he had nothing to put them in. (??) I went to my truck, emptied a box of things to use the box, manager filled my box, I carried it out walked back in and was just stared at. I said is that everything the gal said yes. I got to the hospital to see I had messages that more of my order was still at the store. No apology no nothing. I went back to pick up the rest of my order...again, no apology nothing. Funny, corporate responded please report this to corporate. It WAS that day. That means they do NOTHING and could care less. read more

I've never had anything but great experiences here. The store is clean and well-kept, the employees are friendly, and of course, the cookies are to die for! Timber served me when I came in last and I couldn't help but notice his incredible customer service ethic. He was kind and efficient, and clearly is an employee that goes the extra mile for the customer- he even wiped a smidge of chocolate frosting off of the box of cookies before giving it to me. I'd highly recommend stopping in here the next time you're in the area. 10/10 read more

Crumbl is a great place to enjoy the best cookies you have ever eaten. The staff is very friendly and they do great work. I have to mention one employee specifically, I've noticed that Aubrey essentially lives at her store, but she always stays positive and goes above and beyond to make everything look and taste perfect. I have only been to crumbl once before this and am very disappointed by the inconvenience of waiting 45 minutes for four cookies. I came in at 7:30pm with one person before me and I had to wait 45 minutes for cookies. I understand that it was busy but this is absolutely ridiculous. They have a cool store with a unique and cool setup the staff has never been a problem but crumbl cookies kinda suck... They are too over complicated and sweet plus 8/10 weeks they have some weird flavors. If you can handle intensely sweet cookies or see a flavor that catches your eye it's worth a look and very well may be the best cookies in junction just not for me. read more

I'm pretty sure this is one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. The thing is HUGE, the chocolate chips are giant. It's the perfect balance of softness and crunch, definitely fresh baked. I'd pay double what they charge for this thing. I can't wait to sample more in the weeks to come! read more

It smells amazing when you walk in even over the masks we have to wear right now. Unbelievable horrible customer service. I ordered a party pack online for pick up for a birthday party and needed a receipt for reimbursement. When I asked for it, she said she didn't think I could get one since I did my order online. She asked a different person who would barley take the time to listen and just said no we can't. I explained my situation and still he wouldn't even take 30 seconds to stop and talk to me like I was a human being. Explained no receipts unless I had the app and it would be sent to me online-doesn't help now. Still very rude wouldn't even try to help me except by telling me nope everything is ran by corporate in Utah and nothing he would even try to do. Cookies are okay but definitely not worth the cost or terrible customer service. read more
