We showed up on time and waited for over an hour, only to find out he had sold the car to someone else without any notice or communication. There was zero respect for our time or the appointment that was already scheduled. If a car was going to be sold, the professional thing to do would have been to inform us before we drove there and waited. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Only downside is you can't negotiate pricing as you would at a dealership, but for all it offers plus cutting down on wasting time CarMax is the way to go. Also different locations seem to operate differently as I did not enjoy my experience at the Buford location. We also went to Gainesville which was a smooth and nice experience however I had the best experience at Norcross. After looking at several cars I chose the fully loaded 2024 Kia Sportage and I love my car! If you want a straight forward seamless experience. I would recommend CarMax.

They gave me the Auto Check report so I know there were no accidents. They also walked me through the different warranties. It took a while for me to get the loan from my credit union but that was not the fault of CarMax. Finalizing the paperwork took longer than expected but only 15 minutes longer. The stress they have caused me and my family is crazy .. No warranties on cars for a reason because they are lemons .
