It looks a little sketchy, as the place is most likely held together with 60% duct tape. However, the Korean gentleman/technician was very friendly, and got my car in as soon as I arrived. He hooked up my car, made sure my lady was secure, and all was in good order. Good news, she passed with room to spare (they just don't make long-lasting cars anymore!). They accept cards most of the time unless the inside lady isn't present, but you can quickly walk next door to quiktrip to the ATM. I have referred multiple people here. Before selling his car, my friend took it to be detailed at a high end place and spent 200 to be disappointed, 20 bucks later he left here extremely satisfied. If for some reason they miss something, they have no problem touching it up.

Their installation damaged the surrounds on my mid-woofers, costing me $2,167.74 to replace the speakers. According to Cartunes of Atlanta, the damage was caused strictly due to incorrect installation methods. According to the speaker manufacturer, Polk Audio, the speakers could not be repaired. Also, they mounted the crossovers inside the door panels where they were exposed to moisture/water instead of in the cabin, as is customary. Chavez refused to accept any responsibility.

The quote went from being $2,000+ to about $500. Sure enough, he was able to work some magic on my catalytic converter, replace some spark plugs, and tweak a couple other things here and there. I originally took the car because it had failed an emissions inspection. When I arrived to pick it up, I found that he had taken the liberty of bringing the car to an emissions place and had already gotten it passed. The paperwork was sitting on my dashboard. It's been about 3 months since then; I wanted to wait some time to confirm that my issues would not return. We called this auto shop the day before bringing our car in and were very specific about the…read moreservice needed. We provided the VIN number and tag number, and were given a detailed quote over the phone. Based on that information, we scheduled to bring the car in the next morning. When we dropped it off, we were told we would receive a call within an hour to confirm everything. About an hour later, we received a call saying the price would be significantly higher than the original quote, despite the fact that the VIN and tag number had already been provided beforehand. When we explained that the new price was much more than we had planned for and that we would need to pick up the car and figure something else out, the situation became very uncomfortable. When we arrived to get the car, the owner, David, was extremely aggressive and confrontational. His tone and behavior felt intimidating and bullying. We repeatedly asked him to simply give us the keys so we could leave. After several uncomfortable exchanges, he finally returned them, but continued to be confrontational. We ended up going to another shop less than a mile away, where the same service was completed for about a third of the price. This experience was very unprofessional and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Based on how we were treated, we would not recommend this place.

Over the phone, I was given one set of information regarding pricing and services--only to walk into the store and be hit with something completely different. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and when I tried to clarify the discrepancy, the guy I spoke with in person was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. There was zero effort to explain or take responsibility for the miscommunication. Instead, I was treated like I was the problem for expecting what I was told just hours before. This isn't just bad customer service--it's dishonest business practice. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere that values transparency and respects its customers. I'll never be back, and I'll be warning others to steer clear as well.
