I started with all my concerns in our first conversation and they answered directly, no minced words. Very clear! At no point did we feel unsafe or uncertain. Hola Weddings made the entire process feel secure, and we knew they were always advocating for us. The guest dashboard they provided was a fantastic tool for monitoring bookings. Just had my dream wedding on Sunday (7/12/26) at Dreams Natura. Using Hola Weddings made my wedding planning experience. If you don't already have a travel agent for your room block, or are trying to decide if a room block is worth it, go with them! They made this entire process so incredibly easy. They were the perfect middle man between myself and the resort wedding coordinators since they are local and have been working with them a long time. They managed all of my guests reservations and when one of my guests had an issue at check in they handled it right away. I worked mainly with Miriam and Leticia, but the beauty of Hola Weddings is they are a whole team so there is someone always available to help. I paid them nothing and they gave me everything. They made sure all my guests were booked and paid in full so I didn't have to. They sent out plenty of reminders so I didn't have to harass all our guests into booking and paying on time. They managed everyone's transfers to and from the airport, which was great since it was many of my guests first time in Mexico. They were also able to get me the promotion for the beach bonfire upgrade and the after party in the cave for free, even though the promo states I needed to be booked a year in advance, they were able to get it for me because of their relationship with the hotel. They also threw in free custom maracas and I got cash back and other perks. I was unsure about using a travel agent at first but I am so glad that I did. You won't regret it. read more

My wife and I were blown away by their extraordinary customer service from our very first email and call with them, all the way up through our wedding day.
