Where do I even begin? Saying Hola Weddings made our destination wedding in Mexico the best day of our lives is an understatement! From the very beginning, their team was exceptional. We had Leticia who truly paid attention to every detail and concern we had. They fostered incredible connections with our hotel, and it was clear they have fantastic relationships with the resorts. I would definitely recommend using them to contact your hotel versus you trying to initiate the process with the hotels yourself. We initially reached out to another company who passed us off to a third party. Hola Weddings, however, provided true concierge service. Their response time was impeccable, every detail felt personalized to us, and they were incredibly transparent about contracts and concessions, always working within our budget. Also, they work with you at no-cost and it's no GOTCHAs or weird sales pitch. It's a pretty easy going conversation. I started with all my concerns in our first conversation and they answered directly, no minced words. Very clear! At no point did we feel unsafe or uncertain. Hola Weddings made the entire process feel secure, and we knew they were always advocating for us. The guest dashboard they provided was a fantastic tool for monitoring bookings. They were always willing to hop on a Zoom call whenever we requested it, and their reminders to guests for payments were super helpful because it was a task we didn't have to do. Even our guests preferred contacting Hola Weddings directly because their responses were so prompt and helpful! We were also lucky enough to meet Leticia!! They also provided incentives and were clear on any incentives the hotel will provide. That process can be complicated but they made it simple! They also use a company that helps arrange transportation to the resort. That went pretty smoothly for the most part. Everyone had safe, clean rides. Well organized return transportation no one waited long for their airport ride, where we saw other resort guests waiting before our guest and were still waiting. Our rides pulled up on time. They were a key factor in making our DREAM wedding a reality. Thank you, Hola Weddings, from the bottom of our hearts!

If you are even wondering if you should go with this company, you should! This is a legitimate company! I am so glad I found them randomly online. It seemed too good to be true, but they are in fact free and the services they provide are absolutely unmatched! They work with the resorts and get paid by them. From the initial consult to actually deciding to work with them, I have absolutely no regrets! Every single person that I've worked with has been helpful and pleasant. They even price matched the resort itself after a year had passed and helped ensure that all my guests, including my husband and I received the best price possible for our rooms! The website they fabricated for us was great and I loved how they took care of all the questions and concerns from all our guests, leaving us less stressed! There was also one point where I expressed that I wish communication would be better with my resort and Diana helped turn that around quickly! Diana worked with our group majority of the time when it came to being close to the actual wedding date, I loved how quickly she communicated with me! She also made sure to text me when I would get too busy to check my email. I am so glad to have had her when I was stressed! She was so nice and helped me stay on top of it all. She wasn't the only one that helped us, Hola Weddings has such a wonderful team that when Diana was unable to answer, a staff member was always there to reply! Quick shoutout to Ale who answered my million questions in the beginning! She was so sweet! Not only did they help with all the communications with our guests, ensuring they all had their rooms booked, but all transportation was taken care of! They even provided us cute custom maracas that had our initials to give out during our ceremony. We did not have to pay for any of these! It was so nice! One of our guests took a photo with our menu! (I've attached it!) We also received a refund because our group booked a certain amount of nights at the resort! It's a win-win situation for everyone at this company. So if you're wondering if you should, YOU SHOULD! Highly recommended! 10 out of 10 stars!

We stayed at the new Xcaret resort in Playa del Carmen and the tours were included in the all
read moreinclusive price for the hotel. I must say that the tour bus was amazing! It was huge, air conditioned, included lunch, beer, drinks and even breakfast. Our tour guide spoke perfect English and was great. They even had another guide who did the tour in Spanish. We loved our guide Fabian! He made us laugh and was very knowledgeable about the Mayan culture. We went to Chichén Itzå and also had another stop at a ancient Cenote. I highly recommend Xcaret for their tours!

Two and a half stars...WTH?! Ok, let me first start off by saying that we did two tours with this
read morecompany when we were in Cancun and both were AMAZING! First, we did the Chichen Itza experience, which brought you to a Mayan Village, a sink hole you can swim in and then to Chichen Itza to do a tour of the pyramids and such. Chichen Itza is about 2 1/2 hours from Cancun and it's nothing short of amazing! Our tour guide was funny and SUPER knowledgeable and it was an incredible experience. It's tough getting up that early in the morning but it's worth it...and every penny we paid to do this. The next thing we did was the Xcaret Park. This place is COOL! They have a bird area that's huge and you can get up close to the birds. They also have a butterfly area with the most beautiful butterflies that fly all around you. So cool! We also did the underground river, which allows you to swim in...well, an underground river. It was tons of fun. There's also a little beach area with sand and hammocks so you can relax and listen to the waves crash. They thought of everything at this place. It's really amazing and I highly recommend it. I'm not sure why this company has poor reviews...their prices are reasonable and the tours are awesome!

Our group of 8 friends booked the excursion with the cenote and sea turtle snorkeling recently
read more Booking was easy through Viator, a bit pricey but worth the experience. We were picked up from our resort right at 7 am and then we made our way to the Cancun Adventures office to wait for two other couples from other resorts. This ended up taking quite a bit of time, but thankfully there is a coffee shop next door where we got some caffeine and a snack. They did offer us cold bottled water and bananas on the bus (I would bring extra snacks because by the time we finished at the cenote I was starving and had to pay $6 for a small bag of chips at the cenote). The bus was pretty crowded with 12 people, and driving back into the jungle to the cenote was VERY bumpy. Be sure to take some dramamine if you get car sick! Omar was our guide and he was amazing. He told us about the area of Mexico we were in, and talked about the cenotes and what we could expect at each stop. Once we got to the cenote, we were offered a Mayan blessing, showered off, and headed into the cenote. They do not allow any photos or devices in the cenote. (They provide a locker for your stuff.) Once you get into the cenote they take your photos, which was kitschy and VERY expensive ($50 for one photo), but I get it's part of the tour. I absolutely loved the cenote experience itself - it was so cool to learn about and Omar's background in biology made it very informative. This part was about an hour, then you could shop a bit (they are pretty pushy but you can politely decline). Then we headed on to the snorkeling portion. I personally don't really love snorkeling, but it was fun to see the turtles! We saw about 4 or 5, but it was a bit chaotic with other groups everywhere. Then we headed to the beach club for lunch. This private beach was peaceful and the food was delicious. I personally loved the beef burrito. Mix the hibiscus and lemonade half and half for a tasty beverage. There are some areas to relax and changing rooms, so bring dry clothes to change into if you want. Pack a towel! Overall the tour took much longer than I was expecting, so be sure to plan for that if you have a dinner reservation or other evening plans. But I loved the experience and Omar was awesome.

Catamaran tour! This was so much fun! Cancun Adventures
read morecame and picked us up at the hotel, drove us waaay across town to a beach, where we boarded a catamaran, which took us to and from Isla Mujeres, while they jammed American rock music, and served up free beer and tequila shots. Along the way, we stopped at the underwater museum, where we snorkeled up to some of the artwork, and took in the sights of bright, vibrant coral reefs and amazing fish. On board, they served up sandwiches, and sweets, and snacks. The staff was super friendly, and got through the drunk as touristas as fast as possible. They provided all the equipment needed for snorkeling. There were more people on board than expected. I'd say maybe 65 people on board each catamaran. It wasn't exactly a private tour.

The ladies that work here are very unfriendly and unprofessional do not book through this agency
read more You will be disappointed.

Booked this tour to go to Coba, a cenote, and lunch. The driver first picked us up about 10-15
read moreminutes late, which was fine, but annoying. We then headed to a different location to switch vans (for some reason). The first van ride was a terrible experience. The driver was absolutely awful at driving--and was paying no mind to the fact that it was heavily raining. He was flying over speed bumps and going around corners at dangerous speeds, especially since the conditions were so poor. Everyone in the van seemed very worried about his reckless driving throughout the ride. When we got to the next van, the roof was leaking all over our shoulders and clothing, which then collected in a puddle on the floor of the van. It also looked like it had been in some sort of front collision. The ride to Coba was awful, however the tour guide was fairly interactive which somewhat made up for the terrible van. The ruins were great, I only wish that we got to learn more about them from the tour guide. It felt like we mostly just biked around the whole time and occasionally hopped off to look at a ruin. We then went to the cenote, which was nice, and then lunch, which was fine. Afterward, we went to switch vans AGAIN (for some reason). This one, thankfully, was not leaking, though its windshield was nearly shattered. We made it back to the hotel fine, but are very disappointed with the tour overall.

We took the Chichen Itza Premier tour. I would suggest not to get this option. Get the cheapest
read more one. We were in the tour bus with people who had the lower cost tour and they got pretty much everything we did. It is an all day tour and a lot of it is a waste of time. They picked us up from out hotel at 7am only to drive us to a check in spot where we stood around for about an hour if not longer. Then we had to drive to pick up another group, then we stopped at a random grocery store to have a bathroom break. Then we drove to a place where they tried to sell us stuff and they gave us 25 minutes to look around a store. Lunch at this place was buffet style and terrible. Not to mention, the bag breakfast was a disgusting ham sandwich that a 5 year old could make with a juice box drink and banana. A complete joke for the amount of money spent. In addition with the premiere tour you are supposed to receive unlimited drinks on shuttle. The tour guide hardly offered drinks and we had to ask for water. Beer was offered at the end of the day and was only one type: Tecate light in a plastic cup lol! During a 10 hr trip, we were offered water twice. We got to Chichen Itza about 1pm and time flew, it felt like maybe an hour. Then we went to a cenote which was not the cenote they had in the pamphlet when they sold us the tour (at our hotel), it was nice there. The cenote had changing rooms, bathrooms, snacks, bar, stores, lockers and tequila tasting. Lastly, we stopped at a small town where we spent about 45 minutes walking around. Everyone was dropped off at their appropriate hotels. Try to find another tour, or if you take it, get the cheapest one, it is not worth the price. Maybe 2 hours of the 10 hr tour is interesting and the rest is a waste of time and the food is awful.

Cancun Bay provided our transportation to and from the airport to our resort. This went smoothly
read moreand both drivers were nice. We also booked the half day Tulum Tour with them. Transportation to the ruins was fine. We made two stops to pick up other guests which were quick. They also provided bottled water, snacks, masks, and umbrellas if needed. Our tour guide was nice and provided good information (although I think he could've gone into a little more detail). However, the trip back was horrible. I am 7 months pregnant and it seemed like our driver purposefully hit every pothole he could while also weaving in and out of traffic. My husband was sitting in a middle seat and got a better view of what was happening and said his driving was pretty erratic compared to the other drivers on the road. I don't know what changed in the 2/3 hours we were at the ruins but he seemed to be in a giant hurry.

What an amazing trip with Limbert and Luis. My wife is not

We both thoroughly enjoyed the half day trip and would recommend it to anyone. Limbert was a very knowledgeable guide and told us a lot about the history of Mexico on the drive down. Both were quite close to Playa Del Carmen/ Playacar so the longest drive was around thirty minutes. I got some great photos and at the end of the trip we were sent a Google Drive of the photos that Limbert had taken.

I was lucky to experience a truly unique custom tour organized by Rod, the owner, and Limbert, our tour guide. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable--warm, personalized, and incredibly thoughtful. Limbert wasn't just a guide; he felt like a true friend welcoming us into his home. His knowledge of Mayan culture is outstanding, and visiting the ruins with him felt like traveling back in time--an educational and fascinating experience we wouldn't have had with anyone else. Swimming with the turtles was also absolutely out of this world. Limbert made sure everything was safe, smooth, and above all, magical.
