I had to finally call the cops just to get them to start finishing up my vehicle. when state farm told K&P Towing, they were going to use another towing company because they did not trust them any more to tow my vehicle to flagstaff to finish up the job. K&P Towing took it upon themselves to tow it against mine and state farms wishes. so, state farm would not pay for the tow, or the repair at the other place. making me pay for it all. when the vehicle was at the other auto repair. they told us that K&P towing did not bolt down the radiator that they replaced, nor did they attach the hose that led from it to the motor, and they left the radiator cap off. I was charged an extra 1000$ after the other repairs to the auto repair place to pull out the motor, because they couldn't reach the radiator without pulling it out and screw in the radiator and replace the hose. Of which K&P refused to pay back. though I showed them the receipt. what kind of auto repair forgets to attach the radiator that they replaced. Honestly, I cant trust anything these guys did. They also replaced the transition which is far more difficult. it makes me very worried how long my car will continue to run, or if they even replaced it with a decent part. On top of all that because K&P Towing continued to ask for more money from State Farm while they were "so called" repairing it. State Farm refused to pay for anything else that was damaged during the accident. so, my Air conditioning doesn't work, my bumper is messed up, and my vehicle makes a lot of noise when driving now. I am now in possession of a very expensive vehicle that can break down at any time, and I don't have the money to replace it. Please do yourself a favor and do not use these people. I have never gone through more Hell, or been more misused, or taken advantage of. they don't give a damn about the people that keep their business open.

After contacting Progressive and learned that I was only allowed 10 miles for a tow I decided to cancel the tow and use Tesla Roadside Assistance for the tow because Tesla offered 100 miles for a tow. K&P, a 3rd party tow company which is contracted through Progressive, contacted me via text and I told them that I no longer needed the tow. K&P told me in a threatening/bullying manner they are coming to tow my Tesla ( See Pics of text conversation ). I told them I was calling 911 to stop the tow. When in contact with the Highway Patrol, I told them that I was calling to have my experience on file incase violence occurred with K&P towing trying to take my Tesla without my consent. Never do business with K&P towing!

I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. He explains everything he did very conscientious about what he does and I like that in a person that's doing work on my car. They treat you with respect and that's a bonus too. It ended up being more involved that a simple flat tire, (spare would not come off, required a serious effort and even welding to deal with it) but he gave me 100% of his time even though his customers were waiting. He took care of everything efficiently and kindly to get me back on the road safely, even calling places to see where I could buy another tire that he did not have in stock. We were stranded for hours in a dangerous spot with heavy semi traffic. Tragically, a motorist checking his own blown tire from maybe the same pothole, was fatally struck by a semi at the same location shortly after (around 2:30 AM) while checking his own tire. Black older SUV. All other details are very graphic. My heart goes out to his family! The team at Future Tires got us back on the road , after a long night, safely with a temporary tire when no one else could help. If anyone from the victims family is reading this and looking for witnesses or dashcam footage from that night, please feel free to reach out -- I have video of the pothole impact. There is good in this world, folks…read more I was traveling in my older van, having just got an oil change in Boulder at one of these quick oil change places, with the intention of preparing for my trip. Along the way, while putting 12 hrs on my van, I started having strange shifting, significantly decreased power going up hills, and other symptoms of transmission problems. I stopped and checked my tranny fluid level, and to my dismay it was WAY HIGH, and had bubbles in it. I had just checked it a few weeks before. It was fine then, in the lower region of the cross-hatches. This was very dismaying, this new development, especially while traveling. Future Tire had to pull 2 QUARTS out of my transmission to get it right. Folks, putting 12 hrs on a van with 2 QUARTS over transmission fluid, it is very likely my transmission is already damaged, and very likely that it would have broken down if not corrected. 2 QUARTS is a lot Most shops would have said "minimum one hour labor" and charged me $185. Recognizing the situation, Future Tire did me a solid. Ten minutes of their time, they corrected it, and didn't charge me a dime. I am glad Holbrook has these guys.
