We were stranded for hours in a dangerous spot with heavy semi traffic. Tragically, a motorist checking his own blown tire from maybe the same pothole, was fatally struck by a semi at the same location shortly after (around 2:30 AM) while checking his own tire. Black older SUV. All other details are very graphic. My heart goes out to his family! The team at Future Tires got us back on the road , after a long night, safely with a temporary tire when no one else could help. If anyone from the victims family is reading this and looking for witnesses or dashcam footage from that night, please feel free to reach out -- I have video of the pothole impact. Thank you, Future Tires -- 5 stars for getting us home safe!

I had a diagnosis at an O'Reilly's just off the freeway (they do a free check with their code machine) so Able Jay came prepared with the part (cam shaft position sensor). Total came to $430. He's a 24-hour mechanic, which is amazing and such a relief when you're in a small town and everything is already closed.
