A lot of what you wrote in response was very inaccurate including travel times and my axel/spindle/threads being bad. You took advantage of me before the holidays and that's all I want people to know. I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. My 26 foot uhaul was pulling a 13 foot trailer and BLAM! One of the 4 trailer tires shredded! I got lucky and pulled off into a tiny town in the middle of DOWNTOWN TWILIGHT ZONE. Uhaul emergency contacted her as a third party. Tanya Novak was my road side hero (no joke). Now let me tell you ... after she jacked up the trailer an elderly bitter old man came out of know where (TWILIGHT ZONE) and got into a toe to toe argument with her!!!! He insisted that we pull the whole rig out of a giant parking lot with ZERO cars or customers or else he would call the cops (and he was serious). We tried to explain ... but he was a dk!!! Broke down late on a Friday afternoon with wheel bearing problems on my camper. Contact was made with Nick. After getting as much information about my problems Nick arrived a short time later with the parts for my fix. I was broke down about 40 min from Flagstaff. Turned out I had more problems than first thought. Nick made flying trip back to Flagstaff to get more parts. By the time Nick completed the job it was dark and the temp was around 30 deg. I was head to Chicago from Malibu CA with a truck and trailer. When I stopped for fuel in Flagstaff, AZ I noticed that something was not right with the left rear trailer tire. Upon further inspection I fond the left rear spring was broken. I call one guy and he was done for the day. He sent me the number to Northern Arizona Roadside. I called and explained the issue I had with the trailer. I was asked if I had a tape measure to measure the spring. I measure the spring and relayed the info. Within an hour the parts arrived. Nick introduced himself and his son. He had all the correct parts needed to fix the issue with the broken spring. Nick worked efficiently and effectively replacing the broken spring, and after an hour or so, I was back on the road heading to Chicago. My husband and I are traveling cross country, stopped by the meteor crater and on our way out accidentally hit a cattle grate at a bit too high rate of speed and managed to decapitate the 4 pin coupler that attached from our vehicle to our trailer - after many calls to various auto repair shops I was eventually pointed in Nick's direction. Nick answered on the first ring and was quick to make time for us and since we were already on the road headed towards Flagstaff, he gave us directions to meet him in the O'Reily's parking lot off of 66. Our travel trailer had a big issue...our rear right wheel locked up, bearings caught fire and our brakes locked up. Left us on the side of the road, called AAA since we have premium coverage...no help‍ They couldn't find anyone to tow us with a flat bed. The agent did tell us we could call around also. After 2 hours and no call back, we decided we were on on own. I called a few tow companies and they were really helpful. One recommended Nick. He even called Nick a head of us to let him know about us...Thank you Andy! Anyway, Nick came and assessed the damage took measurements and off he went, to buy the parts we needed. Suffered a locked brake on a Grand Design 5th wheel, just outside Flagstaff. Nick came out in the monsoon weather fixed the problem temporarily then escorted us back to Flagstaff, he located the part and repaired the brake in the middle of a thunderstorm.
